No heat in the unit the colder than usual January days. The book in unit requested if we bought any cleaning/laundry supplies for our stay that we should leave those behind. I found that a cheap request. Overall, the unit was comfortable just nothing special.

Hi Lauri Thanks for your review. Sorry you didnt know how to turn on the heat. A quick text or call would have resolved that issue in 3 seconds. We had people stay before and after you and they had no issues turning on the heat. As for most vrbo vacation homes, they are self sufficient units and we only supply the basics to get you started (i.e toilet paper, soap, 1 dishwasher and washer pods) as indicated in your confirmation email. Home away from home.

My family and I loved staying at this cozy townhome. It had great accommodations and amenities, with a very short drive to Disney and about an hour from the beach. The owners were quick to respi d to any questions we had. Would stay here again.

Spacious, clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all the right utensils. Pots and pans aren’t for fine cooking but do the trick! Terrific value. Easy booking and great communication. No issues what so ever. Plenty of pillows and blankets. Bring your own toiletries, which is fine. 1st floor bed is VERY firm lol. We were very happy with our stay. Good water pressure and hot water for all our showers. Checked all the boxes!

We found a game or two upstairs. Needed playing cards. There wasn’t any paper towels or extra toilet paper which made it difficult towards the end of the stay. We were juggling rolls between the bathrooms for people to use. Other than that the beds were a bit hard and squeaky. The house was everything listed and we had a good time. Corey was very personable.

As with the majority of house rentals on vrbo and Airbnb unlike hotels with daily maid service we only supply the essentials upon your arrival and it's up to the tenants to purchase anything else required. Excellent location, the house is full equipted, we made turkey for Thanksgiving even!. Tons of amenites to use, parking space. The host was super responsive, always checking and answering our questions. We had a great time! Thanks!

It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were extremely comfortable. Wonderful and fun community. Excellent communication from the rental staff - very clear and easy check in and check out information. We hope to stay again!
