Welcome to Davenport, and a cozy 3 bedroom single story house with screened heated pool and jacuzzi, and a cute play room where you can also do your cardio using treadmill. House is conveniently located close to parks and the city of Orlando while you can also enjoy lots of privacy in a small, quiet community. This house is perfect getaway for families, students, couples and traveling nurses.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1- King Size bed
Bedroom 2- Queen Size bed
Bedroom 3- Queen Size bed

There is a salted pool and spa that can be heated for an additional small fee 25$ per day (spa), and 40$ per day (pool and spa), for over a week stays I give a discount. pool is being heated constantly at 80F(weather permitting) you would like it to be warmer, refer to the fees above.

Cute, clean house with extra amenities

Communication with the property manager was great, very responsive. We also appreciated the extras, like a goodie basket, coffee pods, complimentary waters, extra dishwasher and laundry tabs, etc. The house is well appointed and has cute decor.

Clean

Clean house, private, nice and quiet neighborhood. Within about 30 minutes of everything we wanted to do, including seaworld, discovery cove and disney. We didn't do disney, but we boarded our dog daily at best friends pet hotel which is part of disney. Pool was bigger than expected and also clean.

As pictured

House was recently renovated with new flooring and furniture. While the house is close mile wise to the parks the Location is not the best as there is only one way to get there and no matter what time of day it takes almost an hour because of traffic. Kitchen was lacking supplies such as cookie sheets, bigger pots and pans and utensils for cooking so we had to go out and purchase ourselves. We were proactive about a couple issues and host was quick to respond and nearby. Train and traffic was noisy at night/early morning so we could have benefited from fans or white noise machines. Overall it was clean and updated.

Beautiful newly renovated property close to parks

This home has been recently renovated by the new owners and they have done an amazing job. The property is beautiful and the location is great with short driving distance to all the parks. We had a few minor issues but Anna was incredibly fast to respond and ensure our stay was wonderful. We will be back!
