Central location with a stunning 7-mile view, theater with huge projector screen and sound system, arcade and pinball machines, casino with slots and video poker, golf station with putting green and driving net, custom game and poker table, large outdoor living areas with loungers, couches, dining area, grilling station, all enclosed by frameless all-glass deck railings.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home or garage - do not throw your cigarette butts in the yard or landscaping, please throw them away. We charge a minimum of $500 smoke odor removal fee for smoking or vaping inside the home, and this fee can be up to $1500 or more depending on what the odor removal company must do to take care of the problem.
