A GREAT LOCATION IS ESSENTIAL! Relax at this magnificent townhouse on the seaside, which has a posh yet pleasant atmosphere. Appreciate the coastal views. The home is situated in the exclusive neighborhood of Seatack, a place with unspoiled, beautiful white sand and curling surf that is appreciated by locals. Although while nearby stores and eateries are only a short drive away, the neighborhood feels quiet and remote.


This newly renovated townhouse has 2 bedrooms( 1 queen bed, 1 day bed with trundle, and an air mattress), 1 bathroom and will comfortably sleep up to 4 guests.


All bedding, linens, and towels are provided with your rental, along with basic necessities (hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap,
etc.).The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots/
pans, utensils, etc. for cooking and serving meals at the house. In addition, the home comes fully
equipped with everything you need for a
memorable stay at the beach, including beach
chairs, towels, umbrellas, wagon, sand toys, etc.


Guests will have complete access to the property

Must be 21 to book.

- Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty… We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale… HOWEVER, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish… The host does not take any responsibility for these consumables…
- PARKING: Your reservation includes 2 parking spaces If you have an additional vehicle, street parking is available on a first come first serve basis…
- If you would like to host an event (i.e. wedding, graduation, not party), please speak with us about it first so that we can determine suitability and provide you an event quotation that includes the use of the backyard.
- Children friendly DOES NOT MEAN the area is CHILD-PROOF… It is the responsibility of the guardian/parent to monitor their children's actions AT ALL TIMES…

- Please use one appliance (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, etc.) at a time to prevent tripping of the power. If the power does go out because of multiple appliances in use, simply re-set the power on the fuse panel that is located inside the home.


House Rules:

👥The total number of guests in your reservation applies to anyone accessing the space… If you have more guests over than your booking was made for without notice, you will either be charged for the additional number of guests during your stay or your booking will be canceled immediately without refund…
🏡Please treat the space with respect as if it was your own home… Please do not re-arrange the furniture... You, as the booking guest, are responsible for any damage or missing items caused by yourself or any one of your guests accessing the home during your stay...
🚭NO SMOKING of any kind inside the property... Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE of the home in the backyard; please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately…
🐶🐱 PETS: only 2 pets are allowed… Please inform us at time of booking… Subject to a $25/day per pet fee…. Pets are considered unauthorized, subject to penalties if not declared at time of booking…
🚫If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE VACATED FROM THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY…

Was a cute place to stay for a weekend. My girlfriends and I enjoyed our time. It was so close to the beach! Some things were a little rundown or broken but overall was a very nice stay. Host is very nice and had great communication!

A short drive to the beach and boardwalk.

This property is located just a few blocks from the beach and boardwalk making it a short drive to reach that area. While I enjoy watching military jets, you should know that this entire area is close to an operational Navy base (Oceana) and that during the work week you may experience flights overhead from about 8:30 am to 10:00 pm. The property was as described and fit our needs during our stay.

Perfect Stay

My daughter is preparing to ship off in the military and we wanted a quick few days to say goodbye and spend some quality time together. This condo is located about five minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the Naval base. The space was spotlessly clean, and the owner was very, easy to reach. The snacks and sodas that were left for us were very thoughtful and much appreciated! Would highly recommend.

This property was in a bad neighborhood. Homeless people sleeping in alley one block away. The back yard was not what the pictures showed. VERY small. F-16 fly over all day long. The dog next door barked from 11pm till after midnight. The AC didn't work really well upstairs. The house was nice and clean .

Noisy and sketchy

Location is in the flight path of the near by air base and jets fly over head constantly. They were so loud you couldn’t have a conversation with someone sitting next to you indoors. The neighborhood did not feel safe. I advise googling the location and seeing what it looks like from the outside. We didn’t feel safe and left to find other accommodations. When we asked about a refund, we were told, it’s ok, we have security cameras. So I guess if your car gets broken into overnight, at least they’ll get it on camera. VRBO has not been helpful in resolving our complaint.

My group included 3 adults (60+) and small dog. The neighborhood and nearby shopping area were not safe due to homeless people wondering around. The check in process with the owner was ridiculous. Owner would not give me the pass code to townhouse until minutes before check in time and then by phone call. Other than the digital front door lock, the house lacked a manual interior front door lock. We were putting a heavy bar stool to prevent the door from being opened by any one with the pass code. The sliding glass door had a plastic child's toy preventing the door from opening where it should have had a metal security rod. In my opinion this property should not be a short term vacation rental.

Place is fine; neighborhood, not as advertised

The host, Eric, was great. Check-in glitches but he did what he thought would work best for us and we appreciated that. The property is fine. It's part of a collection of buildings that is not aging well due to lower quality starting materials. The outside back area is fully fenced and easy to let a pet out for potty time. The distance to the VIBE area and to the beach is good. The biggest disappointment is that the VRBO description does not match reality. The neighborhood is not at all "exclusive". Sketchy is more accurate. There is no "posh" anywhere. No coastal views. The nearest of the "nearby stores" are a dollar store and a smoke/vape shop, each with people hanging around day and night. It's fine for what it is; it's just not posh, exclusive, magnificent - words used in the description. Perhaps it was when the community was first built? Again, the host was great and the property is fine although it is also showing wear and tear; and, depending on your personal comfort level, you may not be okay with the immediate surroundings.
