The property definitely has potential - but having booked atleast several days in advance the property was not cleaned. There were dead roaches in the hall and living room. The refrigirator apparently was also not cleaned. Not sure what was the reason to not clean the home and still rent it out for 1 week for about 4 grands.

Beautiful House but not well maintained

The house was beautiful but definitely showed its age. Sadly the bathrooms weren't functional except the master bathroom. The biggest issue for us was that the house was really dirty when we got there. There was still trash in the trash cans in the kitchen that was black and moldy. The floors had food and dust on them. It was a lovely if somewhat awkward floorplan home but just needs a lot more attention in regards to maintenance and cleanliness. I will say that they communication was excellent and the host themselves were very generous and agreeable. Once they get a better cleaning service this house could really be something spectacular.
