Amazing experience and great service

We stayed at Hidden Hideaway for a weekend and we were fascinated with the property. Everything was super clean, lots of amenities, jacuzzi, etc. it’s very close to the lake and a nice super market (Jensen). We enjoyed a great service, there was always someone on the chat/phone to respond our questions. Overall an unmatchable experience.

This could be a great rental, however, the available amenities were not well maintained. Main living room light switch doesn’t work. The master bathtub didn’t have enough water to fill it completely we had to stop filling and wait 30min for the water heater to fill back up. Once we turned on the jets on the tub little blacks debris came out and the water turned yellow with yellow bubbles and yellow grim left behind after draining. The left master bathroom sink had no hot water. There were no washcloths and no linen closet that was accessible to guests. The grill was rusted and the gas tubes on the grill were rusted through with gaping holes. We only used the master bedroom and bathroom so we don’t know how the other rooms held up. The floors were dirty throughout the house with trash left from other tenets and dead bugs. If cleaned properly and fixed up a bit, this would be a great place to stay.
