We are a Mother/ Daughter team. Carleys in Realestate and Management and I am in Remodeling and Construction. Between the 2 of us we are hoping to bring you the best experience possible. We are one phone call and 15 minutes away.
Why they chose this property
This property is a 100 yr old saw mill remodeled into a brand new country cottage. It nestles under trees and next to a private courtyard and creek. A foot bridge takes you to Mac Nation rated 5th best mac and cheese in the nation. Or 100 yards from sitting Bull, 100 yr old bar/restaurant. Both have live music all on the weekend during the summer. 10 Min from town you can have the best of both worlds!
What makes this property unique
Our property is on a half acre private road with no one next to you yet very close to food and drink or entertainment. Were 15 min from evergreen and red rocks, 7 minutes from the sledding Hill 40 min from Loveland ski area, and 20 min to Denver (without traffic).Here you have the best of both worlds, close to the city yet nestled a small mountain community.
