Spacious Condo on the Water!

We stayed at The Roxbury for a girls weekend and the space was perfect - nice and clean, spacious, and plenty of beds for everyone. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset over the water and enjoying meals at the dining table. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property, great place to stay. Plan to come again next year. Loved the view and being close to everything. Fully equipped kitchen and loved the coffee bar.

Everything about our stay at this property was absolutely perfect! The hosts/manager went above and beyond to check in and make sure our stay was perfect. We had the best and most relaxing stay here with incredible views!! We just left this morning and can’t wait to be back!

Great family getaway

We stayed here for a quick spring break 3 night vacation. The condo was perfect for our family of five (with plenty of extra space). I loved the convenience to everything in Hot Springs. We brought our waverunner to play around on the water. The condo had a dock, but you could not tie off & keep it safe. I would recommend putting bumpers on it so that if guests wanted to tie it off at night & not have to go back to the ramp & put it on the trailer. I loved the decor & attention to details in the condo. I highly recommend staying here.

Summer fun

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Roxbury. The pictures are completely accurate. We had everything we needed for everyone to feel comfortable and relaxed. The custom bunk beds and separate quarters for the teens was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for what we needed

Everything is nice and newly updated / remodeled. The furniture is 100% hotel style so you don't feel like your staying in someone's old house with their old stuff they don't use anymore. Nice table, comfortable lounge chairs, and the beds are super comfy (and with good linens). You do have neighbors but noise through walls isn't excessive. One thing that is really good is that you are stacked 3 stories on top of yourself. Meaning your foot traffic on any floor only affects you and you don't have to worry about neighbors below you. This is our 4th or 5th time booking with this company, everything is good, and we plan to continue. Thanks guys

Poynter Mabry Thanksgiving Getaway

We had an excellent time at the Roxbury!! Very clean and spacious. It was nice having rooms on bottom level and top level so we didn’t have to hear the kids and gave them their own space!! The host were very helpful and even dropped off a bottle of wine!! Would definitely stay here again especially in the summer months!! Very convenient to down town hot springs !!
