In addition to three bedrooms and three bathrooms, you will enjoy three charming private, fenced-in outdoor areas on the property: a deck with a backyard area, a patio with a propane grill, and a contemplative front garden. The spacious living room and dining area offers a bright environment for lounging before and after your fun-filled activities. The den provides a Smart TV for casting content from your own devices (no cable). The fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar counter features a gas stove, oven, microwave, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and all the basics to cook your own meals. Smiths (Kroger) and Whole Foods are located close by along with restaurants, and an ice cream shop. A shaded park with a playground sits two doors down and across the street. Jody was very welcoming! This is a very charming home, nicely furnished, and plenty of room for the five of us staying there. The kitchen had most every tool, cookware and bakeware that you would need for cooking at home. The bedrooms and bathrooms had plenty of everything we needed as well. It was nice to find this home in the heart of Albuquerque as we were visiting family members who live there.

Incredibly peaceful stay

Gorgeous house with an open flow that offers two sectioned-off master suites, one with a full den. EVERYTHING here is top of the line, from bathroom fixtures to the beautiful kitchen. Has an incredible central patio with barbecue and a glorious backyard with a hammock. It's right by a park with a playground in a quiet neighborhood, within five/ten minutes from supermarkets, UNM, the airport, and nightlife. Highly recommended!

A wonderful stay!

This house was just what we needed. We were pleased to have more than ample room for our family. It was conveniently located with a grocery store (Smith’s) in close proximity for driving. Welcome to our rental. We initially bought this home to be close to our son and now live in another home in Albuquerque. We still care for this home as our own and do our own cleaning, yard work and maintenance.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is a quiet gem close to everything. The local park, Summit Park, is basically next door. New Whole Foods store close by for the extras as well as the Kroger/Smiths grocery store. Close to Nob Hill for fun/funky restaurants and the University. Close access to the interstates as well.
If you are a walker/runner it is a half mile to the University golf course where there is a path around it to complete a 3 mile loop from our front door!

What makes this property unique

A true 3 bedroom, 3 bath house with 2 different living spaces and lovely outdoor spaces for you to enjoy the fantastic SW weather! We put a lot of work into the yard and hope you enjoy it. If you are lucky enough to be here in the late summer, feel free to enjoy grapes right from the vine in the front courtyard.
