Run-down condo complex

Parking lot had trash everywhere and big piles of trash too. Have to park in assigned spot so locals know you’re visiting. 4 locks on door is a big clue. Condo carpet stained but otherwise appeared clean. Probably cleaning chemical smell aggravated my allergies so didn’t even stay there. Owner graciously refunded cleaning fee.

The photos show the property exactly as it is, with no alterations. The unit was professionally cleaned before your arrival as the grounds are literally cleaned daily by condominium groundskeepers. This place is on a golf course, but it's not Augusta. The first night there was not hot water and there were roaches in the bathroom. The second night started off with 2 cop cars and a bunch of people yelling in the parking lot. Followed by the neighbors yelling at each other until 3am (I am pretty sure they are getting divorced). Walking up to the door, you pass a toilet sitting on sidewalk and the stairway smells like poop. On a high note, the bedding was clean.

Non of that is true. In fact I have video of YOUR guest throwing trash on the grounds. You all also left the dirt stains everywhere.. LITERAL DIRT STAINS. Just say how you really feel.. you didn’t like the black neighbors…
