In the backyard, we made it perfect for your staycation experience. Cornhole is available to play and 2 bikes are provided for your outdoor adventure

You will have access to the entire main floor. Basement is locked up. If its set up in the house, it is there for you to use. We ask that you enjoy yourself by being respectful to the amenities and belongings of the property.

Quiet, secluded area but close to everything. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed playing all the games and hanging out on the porch in the evenings. Great place for a small family. We will definitely use this location again.

We enjoyed this house because it was close to everything we wanted to do, and it had the added benefit of a pool table and Pac-Man game that the kids loved during some of our down time. Also, the full-size washer and dryer when traveling with a family was wonderful wonderful.

Secluded in the city is the perfect description of this lovely little home! The area was great, close to downtown and right across from a nice park. We loved the property, absolutely fantastic water pressure and comfy beds. Anything you could need in the kitchen was available and the family games were a fun touch. Would definitely come back!

Great family space. Both bedrooms were awesome for blackout spaces to sleep, but the day bed has a pretty old/springy mattress and could use a topper to be comfortable for an adult to sleep there but is probably just fine for a child. Great location, tucked away but close to lots of things and lovely lake nearby.

We loved our stay here! It is very roomy and also has a very "homey" feel to it. The couch in the living room is very comfortable. I really appreciated that this host had plenty of cookware, utensils, and also spices to use in the kitchen! The bathroom is pretty small, but is well stocked with shampoo's conditioners, and the linen closet is filled with towels! Location was great only 20 minutes from Golden, 10-15 minutes from downtown and five minutes away from charming LoHi area! Will stay again for sure!

The property was clean however it smelled a bit musty. The front porch light did not work. The outdoor wood stove had no functional chairs. Only place to sit would be a log. I can only speak of one of the beds but it was like concrete. I have stayed at other locations and they have always had TVs in each bedroom. Not here. The exterior of the property contained what I would consider junk. The north side of the house was overgrown with weeds and other items that appear to have been left there because they are somewhat hidden. It is a decent place but also didn't appreciate having to pay 140 for a cleaning fee and then expected to strip the beds and place into the wash. Which by the way was not sufficient to put ALL the bedding in. I have stayed at a number of other locations and never been expected to actually take the trash to the dumpster.

Colorado Getaway

Family and I visited Colorado for the first time. Went to a Rockies game and the Metallica concert. Great central location. Would recommend.

Just the right place!

The property was just perfect for our 5 day stay. I was competing at the Barbershop Harmony Society's annual international competition downstown Bellco Theater. We were only 12 mins to get there. We enjoyed our stay and would atay there again!
