The property was beautiful and clean and everything worked great. We even got to use the pool despite the cold because it was heated perfectly.

Beautiful Mid-Century Modern

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home, which was located centrally for all of the activities that we had planned for our Los Angeles vacation. The spotlessly clean home easily accommodated four adults and two children.

Fantastic Place

This is a remarkable place. Great pool and hot tub. Beautiful home -- lots of light and space -- with a fully outfitted kitchen. Everything was in excellent shape, and the location is ideal for Santa Monica and the other beaches. We were a group of five adults and a toddler, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the rental.

We loved the house with it's mid century mod feel and open floor plan. The nana doors created a great flow to the out door pool and back yard. All the beds were very comfortable and kitchen had plenty of pots n pans to cook with. A few notes.. there is no bbq - would of been nice to q at the pool. there is a small airport but the noise is not too bad... the check in instruction come 3 days before your trip starts

Beautiful comfortable home

The home is very comfortable and beautifully designed and decorated. It had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean and spacious. We were in town with our two teens for college tours and were well located for USC and UCLA. The home is close to groceries and restaurants and only a 10-15 min drive into Santa Monica’s third street promenade for great shopping and and the pier. Travel into the heart of LA is also relatively quick (depending on the time of day). The pool/hot tub are nice, but it was too chilly for us to use them the time we were there.

Fantastic MidMod Home, Fantastic Location

This place is beautiful, well appointed, and very clean. But for our family, the safe and secure location was the best. Mar Vista is an easy drive to Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, The Getty, LAX, etc. The property was in excellent condition and had all the creature comforts we could want. The pool and spa are well maintained. Wifi was great, and they have an office set up where you can knock out some work if you need to. The neighborhood is quite and folks are out walking dogs in the morning, or running down the street to get coffee. There is a Ralphs, CVS, and Starbucks within a minute's drive. The only snag was an electrical issue, where the bathroom lights quit working in the primary suite on our last night. I messaged the property manager, Sara, about it, hoping to elicit some instruction on a work around, breaker panel location, anything, but never got a response. That lack of communication is in the only knock on this property, and it wasn't that big of a deal for us. I still highly recommend this property.
