Cozy 2nd floor unit with spectacular Bay views. Sit on the deck & enjoy the peace and tranquility, or spend the day on the beach, shopping, miniature golfing, etc. within walking distance. Great location only 1 block to the beach, access to OC bus transportation. Short walk to Seacrets, Mackey's, Fager's Island, Bad Monkey, Alley Oops, Johnny's Pizza, Dumser's, and Nicks Mini Golf. Unit is equipped with washer & dryer, Dish TV, Queen size bed, pull out sleeper sofa. Kitchen is well equipped plus coffee pot & microwave. Come enjoy and relax!

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Put used towels and sheets on the floor by closet in kitchen before you leave. Keep the comforter on the bed with the pillows. Thank You!

Garbage goes in the dumpster in the parking lot. Thank you!

Please let me know when you leave, so I can get the cleaning lady there as soon as possible. Thank You!

No towels are allowed on the railings on porch to dry, this is a Condo policy. Please drape towels over chairs.

This was our second time staying and we would go back again. The place is always clean and well cared for, its located in a nice complex with parking a breeze. Easy access to the beach and close to stores/restaurants. Fagers island is always a good choice!
