Tucked against the Rocky Mountains, alongside lakes and miles of trails, this luxury, upscale townhome offering 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and an oversized 2-car garage is sure to impress. Nestled in the award-winning Heron Lakes at TPC Colorado golf course community and only a few minutes away from the championship-level golf course. Vaulted ceilings, a main floor master suite, and private courtyards are just some of the excellent features of this beautiful home. Hardwood and tile are found throughout the main floor with an open concept layout. An oversized sectional sofa sits in the living room with a large smart TV above the built-in fireplace for cool nights. The beautifully designed kitchen is well-equipped with the high-end stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops and a spacious island. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining table with seating for six.

The master suite on the main level has a king bed and a beautiful private ensuite with walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. On the second floor are two nicely appointed bedrooms with queen beds and a loft area with a large smart tv and sofa sleeper with memory foam queen size mattress. A full bathroom is also on the second level in the hallway with close access to the two queen bedrooms and loft. Smart tv's are conveniently placed in all bedrooms. Ring camera's can be found outside over the garage and at the front door for safety and security.

A laundry room with washer and dryer is just off the garage on the main level and is supplied with detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets.

Take a 5-minute walk to the TPC Colorado Golf clubhouse. Enjoy a great meal in one of three restaurants with stunning views of the golf course, Heron Lakes and the Colorado Rockies!

Play a round at one of America’s greatest 100 public golf courses in the U.S. as ranked by Golf Digest last year. TPC Colorado is an 18-hole championship semi-private golf course and proud to be a host on the Korn Ferry Tour, the path to the PGA TOUR.

Heron Lakes is a new community and there is currently some construction in the area, but generally will not affect your stay.

We came to participate in a conference in Berthoud. We don't typically stay in VRBO's, prefer hotels. But, this home was amazing. We enjoyed the 4 nights there.

Awesome property!

My parents, husband, 8-month old and myself rented this property to visit family in the area. There was plenty of space for all of us and we really enjoyed using the pickleball courts in the neighborhood. It was well stocked which I greatly appreciate.

Had an awesome stay at the house. The decor was fantastic. The rooms were very roomy with comfortable beds. Loved the open floor plan with the great kitchen well stocked. Our host was amazing we needed a late check out, due to making it Championship Sunday! She was very accommodating. Lastly, we left an item at the house. Our host shipped it to my house (my little granddaughter was so happy to get her Frozen themed pillow back).
