Guests have full access to the entire condo and all Crystal Tower amenities. Enjoy three high-speed elevators, full-time security, two outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool, a lazy river, fitness center, sauna, sun deck, BBQ grilling areas, and two hot tubs.
Crystal Tower sits directly across the street from the beach and offers an enclosed, air-conditioned skybridge for safe, easy access to the white sand beaches of Gulf Shores and the Beach Club. The Beach Club includes a large Gulf-front pool, lazy river, restrooms, vending machines, lounge areas, and gated beach access.
The property is conveniently located 1.3 miles west of The Hangout, placing guests close to shopping, dining, and local entertainment.

GENERAL PROPERTY RULES:
🅿️Parking pass is purchased separately from rental on-site of the complex upon arrival. Parking fee is NOT included with the rental and currently costs $20/day for days 1-3, no cost for days 4-7, & $5/day after day 5 (subject to change per HOA). A maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed at the complex. If you have a 3rd vehicle, we can likely let you park it at our office for a fee of $50.
ℹ️Upon arrival, guests will pick up arrival package which contains wrist bands from our office, which is about 10 minutes from the complex.
⌚ALL Owners and Guests must wear wristbands at all times while on property. Individuals NOT wearing wristband will be asked to present one.
Interaction with Guests:
Parking passes and wrist bands are issued at our Bella Beach Properties office upon arrival. Please plan accordingly as you need to come to our office in Orange Beach prior to arriving at your destination. More detailed pickup instructions will be provided prior to check-in for a smooth arrival.

Yes everything was good, only comment is the trim on the bottom of the front door was coming off when we arrived. We fixed it the best we could as management stated it was owners responsibility so hoped they let you know. I think it may be a temporary fix.
We had an amazing time! We enjoyed the outdoor and indoor pool along with much time at the beach! We loved walking on the beach at sunrise, eating and playing cards on the balcony, and swimming in the indoor and outdoor pools! The location on the second floor was perfect because the sky bridge to the beach was on that floor. We cooked during our stay and had all we needed in the kitchen.

Condo has a great location on the 2nd floor and quick access to all the shops and restaurants. Our only complaint is the dryer destroyed two swimsuit tops bc the vent doesn’t stay pushed down and twisted them to the point of breaking. Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay! Thank you!
Just a heads up that you will need an umbrella only on the beach, and one is not provided in the condo. This is a beach rule this year due to lack of beach space after the hurricane (not properties fault). We enjoyed our stay, but I couldn’t imagine staying if we had flown. You need to provide a lot of your own things (sponge, dish soap, beach towels, coffee filters, beach umbrella, extra dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels). If you are planning on eating out every meal and not doing laundry than you should be good other than your beach stuff. We did love the location to access the bridge to get to the beach, to the trash shoot, view of pool, loved the bagged ice vending machine, balcony was BIG, loved the updated appliances (other than the dryer where your clothes get constantly caught and tangled on lent catcher that sticks up), great space in dressers and great closet space with hangers, and I loved that they had so many hooks to hang things up air dry. The construction never bothered us, and the property had lots of carts available for use of groceries and belonging to get from your car to condo. Be careful on the living room rug as it doesn’t have anything under it to keep it from sliding all around. I still don’t understand why parking passes and bracelets can not be left in the condo or at the front desk upon arrival. This added 40 mins to our already long drive. Beds were also very comfortable.
Our first impression of the property was met by the ugliest and meanest security card who literally berated us less than 5 minutes of being in the parking lot. My mother is elderly and handicapped and I had parked and walked her to the room and then was going to park and unload. He came out and was screaming at the top of his lungs about my handicap sticker, hollering “where is it” and “you better get that hung before I have you towed.” He had no idea whether or not I had handicap plates and his behavior was unacceptable.
The white couches in the living room were absolutely deplorable and very dirty. The sheets on both beds were gross and looked as if they hadn’t been washed. The door to the condo had to be pushed shut to make sure that it was closed and locked. The ice maker made very little ice.
The elevator to the main pool from the walkway was down the entire time we were there and had been told that it had been down for a minimum of 10 days. My mother, remember elderly and handicapped, could not go to the main pool due to the inability to do stairs. I had to help a man pack his wagon up the two flights of stairs because his 5 year old little girl obviously wasn’t capable. When I was at the pool with my cousin we were harassed by the security guard walking around. She was borderline stalking and extremely annoying.
I was recommended to this place by a friend, but we will not be back to this property.

We are so sorry if the security guard was unpleasant. Unfortunately, we only handle the condo unit and have no control over the guard or on-site staff, who is employed by the HOA, but we will certainly relay this to the HOA. On the evening of arrival day, we sent a message stating, “We hope that you have settled in alright and that you are enjoying your stay. Please let us know if there is anything you need or if we can assist you in any way.” We didn’t receive a reply and were not contacted a single time during the stay so assumed everything was great, as it has been for our previous guests. When a guest departs, the cleaners bring in fresh, clean linen that have been commercially laundered. We assure you the linen was clean. If something is stained, it should be discarded, which apparently didn’t happen, and will discuss this with our cleaner. We inspected the ice maker and found no issue, nor has anyone else mentioned an issue, but we apologize if it didn’t produce the quantity of ice that you expected. While I am not understanding the issue with having to close the door, we will look into it. Next time, please let us know of any issue while you are here so we can address it immediately, before it leads to a poor review, as each of these items could have been resolved quickly. We are sorry that your experience wasn’t similar to that of previous guests.
