Get ready for a blast at this spacious 2BR/2BA corner condo on West Beach Blvd! Rocking fresh tile and plush carpets, it’s got a king bed with balcony vibes, 2 twins, and a queen size sleeper sofa. Zoom to the beach via an air conditioned skybridge, splash in 3 pools, bubble in 2 hot tubs, or chill on the huge pool deck. Our unit is on the 3rd floor with easy access by stairs or elevators.

Crystal Tower is a family friendly, high rise condominium complex on the West Beach. It is a unique property in that it offers unparalleled beach access via a climate controlled pedestrian skybridge. The walk to the beach takes about 10 minutes from our unit. It features 3 pools including one of the largest outdoor pools in the area. Best of all, your family will be centrally located as it is a quick drive to many of the local restaurants, groceries and attractions.

This cozy third-floor corner condo is your quiet retreat—away from elevators for extra peace. It’s just above the parking lot, so coming and going is super easy. Want a quick beach trip? Skip slow elevators and take the stairs to the second floor—then cross the sky bridge. You’ll love the convenience! Enjoy two pools, a lazy river, and a top-notch gym. This spot’s perfect any time of year—spring, summer, fall, or winter!

*Coming Soon* The condo will have a self check-in keypad for your easy in and out. The code will be provided to you 3 hours before check-in. For now, we have a lockbox with a physical key available. The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Smart TVs with Roku sticks for streaming are available in each bedroom.

In our living room, we have a brand new, pull out queen sized sofa bed. We also have a smart TV installed with various streaming apps. Free Wifi is available. The kitchen is fully stocked with 2 baking pans, a frying pan, and 2 pots plus utensils, drinking and wine glasses and dishes. We also have a Keurig and drip coffee maker with starter coffee supplies for your use.

We provide the following starter amenities:
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
2 rolls of paper towel
Dish soap
Laundry detergent
Stain remover
3 Trash bags
Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash available in both showers
1 bathroom towel set per guest

You may need to purchase additional supplies depending on the length of your trip.

**Please note - we do not provide beach towels at this time and bath towels are not to be taken outside the condo**

**Quick Rules**
-No parties or big groups—only registered guests allowed in unit
-Must be 25+ to book
-Wear your guest wristband at all times on the property—it’s your fun pass!
-No dogs or other animals permitted per the HOA rules

**Parking**
There is a two (2) vehicle limit per guest booking. Your license plate is your parking pass. Pay when you arrive via QR code (check signs around the lot, building, or unit). No cash accepted.

**Parking Fees (not included in listing and paid directly online upon arrival)**
-One (1) Night Stay = $20.00 USD
-Two (2) Night Stay = $40.00 USD
-Three (3) to Seven (7) Night Stay = $60.00 USD

There will be an additional $5.00 USD per night charge for stays over seven (7) nights during the months of April - October. The parking will be capped at $60.00 USD per stay during the months of November - March.
