About this property

Lakeside Studio near a Greenway

The studio is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood near Lake Johnson, one of Raleigh's most beautiful park areas. There is a 6 mile scenic walking/biking trail around the lake, as well as a boathouse where you can rent kayaks, peddle boats and more. Downtown Raleigh, Lenovo Center, Red Hat Amphitheater, NC Fairgrounds is only a 10 minute drive away! NC State campus is 3 miles away. You are literally in the middle of Cary and Raleigh with access to shopping, restaurants, movies, downtown, etc.
The studio is located on the second floor on the left side of the building (enter via C2 door) and has Smart TV(you will be able to use own credentials to access Netflix / Hulu / Youtube etc ), the bedroom (queen sized bed) with a full private bath.
There are also two chairs and an office table. We offer to use a portable 2-burner stove, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine and mini-fridge. You will find kitchenware in bathroom cabinets.
Outside you can find a quick path (around 10 min by walking) to gorgeous Lake Johnson from our backyard.
Easy access to the main highways I-40 and I-440, convenient location to visit Raleigh, Cary, Durham, Chapel Hill and surrounding areas.

This was a perfect stay for us during our trip to Raleigh. The property was very clean, easy to find, and had ample parking. Everything we needed was provided. Natalia is an excellent communicator and told us everything we needed to know without our having to ask. We would definitely stay here again the next time we're in Raleigh.

The place was easy to find and was what you’d expect for a studio size apartment. It was also close proximity to downtown Raleigh, which was nice. My only issue was the lack of amenities. My partner and I each only had one bath towel and were unable to adjust the A/C. Other than that, the apartment did what we needed it to, however most of our time was spent out doing things in the city.

This studio is located in a small complex with beautiful woods (with trails) directly behind the building. The studio had everything that I want for overnight stays: it is very quiet at night, blackout curtains keep the room dark at night, the bed was very comfortable and it was very clean. I enjoyed my stay - thank you Natalia!

Very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy - right outside the room, in designated spaces. I felt quite safe (woman traveling alone). Of course it's personal preference, but I found it to be one of the most comfortable beds and pillows I've had in a VRBO property. Very good stay for one night.

No porch light so checking in at night was really sketchy and had to use a flashlight. Nice bed and clean but very bad smell. Hoped it was just someone cooking but was there both days. If my partner came with she would have made us get a hotel.

Good place for a quick stay

We grabbed this place to go stay overnight and see the Chinese Lantern Festival. It was perfect for us. Close to Cary for the festival and close to downtown Raleigh as well. All in all a good place at a good price.
