Mint Julep Villa, is tastefully decorated for you and your family to enjoy your stay in the Louisville and Prospect KY area.

No matter if it's the Bourbon trails, the Kentucky Derby, the numerous concerts and the many other attractions to draw you to Kentucky, Mint Julep Villa will be a place you'd be attracted to as well and after a long day of sightseeing, what's better than to relax in the hot tub underneath a string of lights.

Mint Julep Villa, is a two story, two bedroom, two bathroom home located just out of Louisville, in the beautiful, scenic area of Prospect Kentucky.

This property is located in a beautiful, relaxed area outside of Louisville on the river, but is accessible to all the main attractions. It is renovated, tastefully decorated on the interior, and has all the staples for a home away from home.

So many wonderful things to say about this property- excellent and prompt communication with property owner, decorated tastefully and just beautiful- bright and cheery, they have thought of every detail/item you might need & great location. We would definitely stay here again!

Charming cottage

This property was very clean with large bedrooms and plenty of space for the four of us. The owner responded to our questions in a very timely manner. The location was great - many good restaurants within 20 minutes.

Engagement in Kentucky

We came to Kentucky for our son’s engagement. We had a party at Captain’s Quarters and then other activities at the river and North Commons. So location was great. Communication with the host was good and the inside of the property was very clean and comfortable. Yard needs some work. But would stay here in the future.

Beautiful property and great stay!

Great review…read all the way through! If you’re not from Louisville, and coming from the Midwest, when you pull into town..you’re left going…ok where are we going to be staying!?! Once you get to the road the property is off of, it is such a beautiful part of town with great river views, $m houses, boat clubs, golf courses, great dining on the river and this house was on par with that section of town! The property felt secluded, private, safe and was so close to everything! People in this town are so kind and we had the best stay with our kids and our parents. Jonathan was so accessible during our stay and checked in to make sure we made it safely and to see if we had any questions or needed anything, which we truly didn’t. They thought of everything! Thank you both for an amazing place to stay this weekend! If we are in the area again we will be back!
