The house was way bigger than expected and enough to fit my part of 8. We had fun at the poker table and ping pong tables, however we couldn’t find any pool balls for the pool table.

The host was very helpful and accommodating and responded to questions in a very timely manner. They even let us stay a little past check out which was very helpful since we were parents seeing our adult children and spouses meeting from four different states for the first time this year. The location was great. The National Park and local restaurants were very convenient. The house was very spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the deck outside which was very roomy and with lots of comfortable seating. I would recommend staying there if you are in the area.

Had a great weekend with family and friends while visiting the New River Gorge National Park. The location was perfect, the home was clean and designed in a way that we could enjoy the trip. The home has a bit of an unusual layout but everything was in good condition and worked well for us.If I were in that area again with a family or small group of friends, I'd certainly book it again.

We loved this property very clean lists of room to hangout. The porch was great for late evening socials. The frogs in the magnolia tree are quite vocal. Would stay here again.

The house fit our needs with 4 adults , 3 teens, and a 7 year old. There were plenty of “hangout spots!” We enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table! Thx for supplying some coffee pods, as I took the wring kind of coffee with us! I recommend this house to anyone needing a large house!

We had a good stay. The house is Huge and somewhat disjointed. (Combination of 2 houses or a really big addition. ) Some things in the house were really up to date, and others looked like they had been there for quite some time. The house was clean and met the needs of our trip which are the 2 most important things to me.

The house is a great launching point for hiking, rafting, and touring around the area. It is clean and spacious with room for people do their own thing for a bit and come together for some family time.

Great location within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of Fayetteville. The NRG visitor center and trails are just a short drive away. We were out enjoying the town and the national park so we used the house primarily for getting cleaned up after hiking and sleeping. Therefore, I can't comment much on the amenities but we had everything we needed and everything was very clean. We would definitely book this property again when we are back in the area.

Lots of common area space! Good size bedrooms. Eccentric and quirky older house. Lots of steps (a challenge for our two older guests). GREAT LOCATION for our needs this trip. Very convenient to amenities and easy to work with host. In need of a few minor cosmetic repairs.

A well maintained older 11/2 story house with a very nice addition. However, the layout with the addition took a bit of figuring out. There are 2 stairways to 2 separate bedrooms. These bedrooms are NOT connected. Two bedrooms on the main level. Three very nice updated bathrooms on 3 different levels. A very nice game area in the garage with a pool table and ping pong. My family of 6 adults enjoyed Thanksgiving weekend there. The kitchen was a bit lacking in service ware. Fortunately, as we travel in a small camper van, I had everything I needed. The owner was very responsive when I had questions about a couple things. He came over on Thanksgiving Day to show us how to light the gas heater in family room and how to release the balls in the pool table .We discovered 2 smoke detectors missing and brought to his attention. I would not recommend this property to a family with young children, but perfect for teenagers and young adults. Also the house is not handicapped accessible. There are a lot of stairs.

Plenty of space for our group with 3 separate living spaces. The main level shower was a 10/10!! The location was great being so close to downtown Fayetteville as well as just a few minutes from New River Gorge!

A group of us stayed here while taking part in a Spartan Race nearby and really enjoyed our stay here. Bedrooms were very comfortable and the lounge areas of the home were great for hanging out and recouping from the race. Would definitely recommend this home for any group of people checking out local attractions or just wanting to get away for a bit!

We were visiting the New River Gorge area for the weekend. This house was conveniently located within reach of all the attractions. It was clean with plenty of space. There's was only 1 issue. The house has a pool, which was not operational and wasn't brought to our attention.
