Cozy and comfortable with two rocking chairs on the front porch to watch the sunset go over the mountains. Small stream in the backyard, Quiet, relaxing screened porch. Small dogs are allowed with prior approval.

Why they chose this property

This house was purchased as an investment as well as a place to "park it" when I am in the mountains. I can see myself here full time when I am in my 80's. That is only 6 years away!! The community has a great reputation for having caring, mature folks who have each other's backs. I want a community in my senior years so I may some day be a full time resident again here.
