This property is beautifully decorated and very well appointed. My wife was initially put off by the hill getting in, but after she saw it, she loved it. Highly recommended and we will be back.
Clean, quiet, everything you need. We have stayed here several times. We love Waynesville and we visit often. If Alma doesn't have an opening in any of her houses
Overall great location. Check-in was super smooth. The property is very spacious and has all the amenities one would need. I personally like the indoor fireplace and the view from the balcony is amazing. I would definitely stay here again.
My family had a wonderful Christmas at this beautiful home. Very clean, stunning Mountain Views, and conveniently close to a lot of stores. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit Waynesville.
All in all, it was a great cabin and the host did a fine job.To help future guests, I would just mention that it’s not as private as a cozy cabin in the woods.
This is our third stay in Waynesville at one of Aida's properties. Everyone of our visits has been excellent. Accomodations are very clean and well appointed. Communication with Aida is great and she is a gracious host. I will not hesitate to stay at one of her properties on my next trip to Waynesville.
We loved our stay in this cozy home. It was absolutely perfect for our needs. Loved the layout, the furnishings, the location near town, the quick and positive communication with the host. We would definitely recommend!
This place is comfortable and in a good location to see Waynesville and surrounding sites. Good resturants in town as well. The bed and
Pillows were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. This is our third stay and we love this place.
Every stay at this property is always wonderful and leaves us wanting to come back. The owner is also very kind and treats us well as we come back yearly. I don’t think I’ll ever stay anywhere else when coming to this area of NC.
Highly recommend this property and any other managed by Aida. It is very clean and has a nice view of the mountains. The location is convenient, just don't bring a really long truck because the turn into the driveway is fairly tight. We really enjoyed the house and plan to stay here again!
We truly enjoyed our stay and will return whenever we’re in the area. Everything that we needed was available and the owner immediately answered any questions we had.
This is a very clean and comfortable cabin. The master suite and large kitchen were appreciated. It is located close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and downtown Waynesville. You must walk up two sets of stairs to access the front door and the driveway is fairly steep but not really an issue once I got used to it. We would definitely consider staying here again.
Another great stay at our favorite Haywood County rental
My wife and I have stayed at this property multiple times and each time we come away so impressed. It is comfortable, it is convenient to shopping and restaurants, it is convenient to the Parkway and the National Park, it is extremely well maintained but yet the location on the outskirts of Waynesville makes you feel as if you are in a private forest. It is the perfect place for us each time we visit Haywood County and I feel like it will be for you as well. We highly recommend this home.
Amazing mountain cottage with breathtaking views, 10/10 highly recommend!
We stayed at this beautiful cottage over the weekend and everything exceeded our expectations! It had a cozy wood fireplace, new appliances, super comfortable beds and breathtaking views from the porch where we enjoyed breakfast and coffee every morning. It was very clean and nicely decorated. They have everything you could ever need for your stay including toiletries, paper products, fresh towels, kitchen and laundry supplies, just bring groceries. It's close to downtown Waynesville and there are alot of shops and restaurants to visit. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!
Cut the bushes at the top of the stairs they are hanging over the entry way which makes it hard to get to the door also stairs need painting at the same doorway

Very Nice Cabin - Poor Location
The house it's self was very nice: clean decorated very nicely, good appliances, and nice beds except they were 3 1/2 feet off the floor. The downside was loction, only about 100 feet from a 2 lane road that got busy, a car per minute most hours. Also there are houses within 100ft, and across the road. We heard dogs barking, riding lawn mowers one day for seven hours, and anothe day a chain saw all day. So if privacy and noise are not a problem you will like the cabin.
The home is located in a private community and is spacious and very clean. The king size bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels and bathroom supplies available. The kitchen was well appointed and the living room was cozy. There was another bedroom with twin beds and it’s own bathroom. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings and appreciated the use of the garage. There is another unit attached to the back of this one but there were no issues with noise. The property is on a hill with a little stream running by at it’s base. This location was very convenient to other attractions such as: Maggie Valley, Cherokee and Bryson City where we took a train ride on the Great Smokey Mountain Rail Road. The owner of the property was easy to reach if needed. If we return to Waynesville in the future, we will definitely book this rental again!
We had a wonderful long weekend in this space. It was 3.5 bedrooms (bed in a loft area) and 2 full bathrooms. A bunk bed setup in one bedroom downstairs with a lovely desk that would have been great if I had needed to work. Another bedroom downstairs with a queen bed connecting to the bathroom. Upstairs was the master bedroom with a king bed that connected to a spacious bathroom with separate sinks and a HEATED FLOOR. While we didn't spend a huge amount of time in the house because we were out and about, I enjoyed the comfort of this space when we were there. There were lots of lights which might seem strange to comment on, but I found myself looking for lights while unpacking after we arrived (late evening). Each time I wanted more light, there was an available switch! Easy to use appliances in the kitchen and the house was close to at least two different grocery store options. There were other homes nearby and visible, so if you are looking for total seclusion this probably isn't the best spot. However, even with other homes nearby noise wasn't an issue. Our only wish would be for the driveway to be a little less steep, though I wouldn't let it keep me from staying here again. The overall drive to the location is very easy and this lovely home is in the mountains so driving some higher hills is to be expected. Finally, the host Aida was wonderful to work with. Great communication and very responsive!
Nice clean 2BR/2Bath unit over the garage so lots of outside steps up to unit, which is nicely furnished and decorated. Waynesville is located among attractions such as Great Smokey Mtn park, Blue Ridge Parkway, Cherokee
