The person who booked and paid for the reservation is the primary guest, "Guest", and MUST be staying during the entire reservation. The primary registered Guest MUST be a minimum of 21 years of age to book the reservation and MUST meet the verification requirements.
If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.
You are LEGALLY AND FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE for damages made by self or their guest(s) that may occur whether accidental or intentional. A separate e-Signed Rental Agreement is required to finalize the reservation and grant access to the home.
