WOW Game Room, Sleeps 12, Hot Tub

This is a 5 bedroom, 2 bath home with 3 king beds, 1 queen, 4 full (bunk), and 2 twin (bunk), and an Amazing Game Room with pool table, shuffleboard, and over 3000 arcade games. Private Hot Tub. 12 miles from Downtown Flagstaff.

The Get Away was remodeled top to bottom, except kitchen sink (full kitchen actually). This home is about 15 minutes from downtown. Old Caves Crater Trailhead is just down the street and is a great hike where you can get several amazing pictures. On clear dark nights it's easy to see millions of stars. The hot tub is a great place to relax, have a drink, and stare at those stars.

There is a view of San Francisco Peaks from the upstairs reading area which is a great spot for morning coffee.

Great hiking is just 2 miles away and has amazing views.

Our neighborhood is just wonderful. We have full-time residents, families and retirees. Please understand that we have a no party or event policy. There is a strict quiet time set for 10pm - 6am with penalties if violated. Please respect this and our neighbors as this is part of what makes our neighborhood so great!

Snow...its Flagstaff, snow is always coming throughout the winter. We do have snow shovels available on the property but if a big storm comes through, we'll get someone out there to help you out of the driveway. Please be aware of the drain ditch just at the edge of the street just in case this is covered by the snow at your time of arrival.

HOT TUB:
Available hours are 6:00am - 10:00pm
- No glass may be used in hot tub
- Children must be constantly supervised while in hot tub
- Please be mindful of noise in this area as some neighbors sleep with windows open

As stated in the house rules, we do not allow parties at our home. Any guest found to be hosting a party will be evicted without prior warning and you will be charged a $500 fine for violating house rules. You will also not receive a refund for any days missed due to the party.

GAME ROOM:
Please, please, please DO NOT move any items that are in the game room. Anything found to be moved or adjusted will have a $500 fee charged. This includes any "leveling" of any games or tables. All items in this room are expensive and very heavy which can cause harm, therefore are not to be moved!

Great Place All Around

The stay was excellent. Plenty of room for 10 adults to stay. The game room was a lot of fun! Only about 20 minutes from the main parts of historic downtown area. Would recommend staying here.

Great gathering spot for families!

12 of us stayed here for Thanksgiving, and we were so happy with everything this house had to offer. There was plenty of space and the beds were the most comfortable VRBO beds any of us had stayed in. The host was super responsive. Our only wish was that the house was located in town-although the neighborhood was nice and quiet with pretty views, especially from the reading nook. We'd definitely stay again if we ever return to the area.

Great place to relax and have fun

Enjoyed our stay. Clean and very responsive host. Lots of space and rooms and beds. We asked if we could buy a larger pan for boiling noodles and they reimbursed us. Terrific way to treat your visitors. Would stay again for sure. Just wish there were tvs in all the bedrooms but still a terrific place to stay.

We stayed for a soccer tournament and I think we’ve decided this is our new favorite Flagstaff property. Kids had a blast. We had ample space. Everything we needed was there. Honestly, we would have loved to stay longer and we’ll definitely be back.

Nice location and property

The house was beautiful and appears to be recently remodeled. It had a fabulous game room, nice kitchen and outdoor area with grill, griddle and hot tub. 10 of our adult family members stayed for a week long family reunion, ages ranged from 27 to 82. The only drawback was the lack of a third bathroom with that many people, and none on the second floor. The couple in the master bedroom had the rest of the group traipsing through their room to use the master bath, as the one guest bath wasn't adequate for the other 8 people. Minor detail, we could have used some bedside lamps, and additional hand and dish towels and washcloths. Otherwise a great place and we enjoyed our stay.

Great Family House

We had fun at this house. It is about 40 minutes from Snowbowl which was an easy drive on mainly surface streets. The home had a lot of options for keeping kids and adults entertained. We had a little trouble with the keypads not working, and we would have brought pool towels for the jacuzzi had we known they were not provided. Also, be sure to bring your own bars of soap for the showers. Other than that, we made a lot of great memories here.

Why they chose this property

This is a large home with 5 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. We recently remodeled everything in the home other than the kitchen. Game room has been added and is sure to be "the" place to be while here. This house can host the whole family with 3 king beds, 1 queen, 4 full beds, and 2 twins.

There is a full kitchen ready for any meals you may need. BBQ out back to enjoy those summertime burgers and dogs.

We are 12 miles from downtown Flagstaff and have tons of hiking trails around to enjoy.

What makes this property unique

We are located in Doney Park. This is a "dark" neighborhood which makes it quiet and dark enough to see millions of stars at night.

Soak in the private hot tub and look up at the stars...makes for a magical night.
