Very charming, renowned building in historic district St. Augustine, located in the famous Lincolnville neighborhood. A highly desirable area, Guests choose to stay here because of the high-quality accommodations, extremely convenient location, and local experience.
This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom fully equipped apartment is located on historic Bridge Street. Known as the Epilogue Suite, this apartment provides a sophisticated stay with interior design made for a luxury getaway. We have hand selected lavish linens, designer furniture, and unique pieces to make this an experience that supercedes other standard vacation stays. Three Stories curates each apartment in design for those who wish for a more polished, refined stay.
The Epilogue Suite is on the third level. This fully equipped apartment sits above an up and coming fine dining restaurant. Enjoy views from windows where horse carriages do trot by!
This is perfect for those who desire a luxury stay combined with elements attractive to those with elegant and refined taste.

COMMON QUESTIONS:
“Does it get noisy in the apartments from the up and coming restaurant?”: This upcoming restaurant has a very intimate, quiet atmosphere. The area where the property is zoned does not allow for loud music that would impede neighbors or from the sidewalk. You will not hear music/restaurant sounds inside of your apartment. We know this restaurant will have the same music level and quiet atmosphere as the previous restaurant that was in its space. Should you go out on the front porch, you may or may not hear very light, intimate music playing. Guests find this very pleasurable from the front porch, and they appreciate how it does not impede in the apartment during their stay.
“Is there a private parking?”: Yes, it is located immediately across the street. Only allows for a max of (a) two compact cars OR (b) one SUV/Truck/medium sized vehicle and one compact car
“Is there a strong smell from the restaurant that will be in the apartment?": You will smell food from the up and coming restaurant when entering the main stairwell that leads to each apartment entry. We know this as the previous restaurant in the space prepared similar foods. These are a combination of herbs like rosemary, thyme, garlic,…etc. Guests will experience a mild smell of this within the unit (sometimes moderate smell, depending on busyness of restaurant) throughout their stay. We keep the vents clean and serviced, and we have installed odor eliminator devices (not perfumes to “cover the smell”) in room to help decrease this. We have provided a light scent of eucalyptus and tea tree oil for Guest experience.
“Can I park my car there?": Yes. There is private parking available across the street in a designated parking space for two compact cars or one medium vehicle/SUV/truck
“Can I walk to restaurants, shopping, and other attractions?”: Yes. This property is walking distance to the historic Plaza de la Constitucion square, Lightner Museum, several restaurants, bars, shopping, and other popular attractions/historic sites. We are cushioned in the popular Lincolnville neighborhood. Guests enjoy strolling around in this quaint, beautiful area.
“Can I rent a bike or golf cart?”: Guests can rent a bike from the local bike shops in the area. If Guests do not have a car, they are welcome to park a golf cart in their designated parking space. However, if guests arrive with a car, there is no space for a golf cart as there is limited parking spaces per unit.
“What is your policy on early check-in and late check-out?”
Early check-in and late check-out is exclusively dependent upon housekeeping schedule. For early check-in, you are welcome to contact us 1-3 days prior to check in. For a late check out, requests are considered if available but not guaranteed.
“After we check-out, can I leave my car parked in the parking space before the next Guest checks-in?”: Housekeeping will need to use your parking space as they are not allowed to park in the restaurant’s parking lot. Most likely, late checkouts are not possible due to the busy turnover rate. However, reach out to us and we can certainly see if that is available.

Enjoy dinner at 5-star restaurant located on first level of this beautiful historic building in the heart of St. Augustine's historic district in the charming Lincolnville neighborhood. This is a snowbird's haven as this property only allows for those 18 years old and older and is a nice private stay.
What makes this property unique
Views from the 3rd floor allow you to view the horse carriages that do trot on by (as this is a desirable area) as well as the quaint and beautiful scenes of St. Augustine. Guests desire this place because you can enjoy a luxury stay AND park your car, easily walking everywhere that is true to historic St. Augustine, FL. This is a snowbird's haven as this property only allows for those 18 years old and older and is a nice private stay.
