Just 12 mins from DT Denver, a short walk to the G-Line, our 4BR, 3BA home is perfect for hosting a celebration, catching a Rockies game, Red Rocks show, or just staying in to soak in the hot tub. It was made for gathering & relaxing.

We fell in love with this mid-century gem and knew this is where we wanted to be. We are so excited to share our home with you. A short drive to Olde Town and Homestead Park is a few blocks away with a ton of space, basketball and tennis courts and a playground. A gas station, King Sooper, Walgreens, and Sonic are all walking distance. The 60th Ave. & Sheridan at Arvada Gold Strike station on the RTD G-Line is 0.5 miles from The Ames CO. Ubers are super responsive and quick for this location as well. Only 15 minutes to downtown!
