Stay in this quiet apartment close to the city centre. The apartment has a view of the sea and over the roofs of Nice. Set your spirit free on the balcony or in the garden by the pool. The apartment has an elevator and garage and is located on the 4th floor of an enclosed complex in Nice in Mont Boron. We have completely renovated the apartment and furnished it with a lot of charm and care. From the hallway you can reach the kitchen, 1 bedroom (wooden bed 1.8 x 2m, latex mattresses), bathroom, WC, 1 light flooded large living-dining room (26 m²) with access to the balcony (12 m²). Enjoy the sunset over the Maritime Alps from the comfort of your balcony. The city center can be reached by car in 10 minutes, on foot 30 minutes, with a bus in 15 minutes (stop is 5 minute walk, bus comes every half hour until 19:00). A supermarket is located about 10 minutes uphill; a small beach and port can be reached by foot within 10 minutes.

Nice during the winter: Escape the dreary gray of north and middle Europe. Experience the mild winter climate in Nice where you can sit in the sun during all winter months. The mild winter climate will encourage you to take a swim in the Mediterranean even on January 1st. Or enjoy and be amazed by the lively and relaxed mood of the city on New Years Eve.

Arrival : *1 Arrival by car: Leave the highway at the 'Promenade des Anglais - Aéroport' exit, then toward Promenade des Anglais - Aéroport past the airport along the Promenade des Anglais, along the seaside a number of kilometers, past the harbor, towards Villefranche on the Boulevard Carnot, up the mountain to the Hotel Marbella on the right, to the parking spots, take a hard left into the Chemin des Crètes du Mont Boron (= small street and street sign not easy to see), Chemin des Crètes du Mont Boron eventually becomes Rue Herni de Bournazel. *2. Arrival with the bus from the airport: bus 98 towards Gare Routie´re to Gare Routiére; get off and take line 81 towards St. Jean Cap Ferrat to the Les Cretes stop; across from the bus stop in Chemin de Cretes du Mont Boron see above. *3 Arrival with bus from Gare SNCF train station: bus 30 direction Riquier to the Miramar stop, walk the path to Chemin de Cretes; bus connections change due to road construction in Nice, no guarantee for the above.

The apartment is only first booked after the signed rental contract and a payment for 25% of the rental price have been made within 14 days after they were created.
