Very well-kept apartment just a minute walk to the promenade. Loved sitting on the balcony in the evening and getting out of the crowds for a bit. This apt is in a secured property and right in the heart of town. Highly recommend this!

It was the perfect combination of being in a central location in Nice but in a quiet inside garden with friendly and outstanding support by the owners deputy (Roxanne). We had a great time in Nice and will come back next year to the same place.

We were very pleased with the apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of closet space. The location couldn't have been better! Roxane was a wonderful host! She gave us a list of great restaurants and we tried them all!Our favorite was Boccasio. Roxane went beyond the call of duty trying different ways to ship my wallet that I left behind at the apartment. I can honestly say that she was more than a host, she was also a tour guide by giving us schedules of events happening during our stay in Nice. We're going back next year!

Great Place

We had a great 7 night stay. Very comfortable and well stocked with towels and paper products. Great location. We walked to most all the sites and restaurants. Eat at the recommended restaurants. Great place to enjoy the promenade and easy transport to Monaco, Antibe and others.

Great stay and wonderful hostess!

Our stay was very pleasant and Roxanne our hostess was absolutely a delight as she took care of every request. The location is the best you can ask for as it is close to everything including restaurants, shopping and of course across the street from the beach area. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 has to do with little attention to details such as proper sized linens for the bed and more comfortable pillows. Overall a great stay and would come back again!

Great communication with this host!

Our stay in this unit was fantastic. The location was perfect and Roxanne’s suggestions and communication exceeded expectations. We prefer to stay in rentals when we travel and this was a good one. We walked everywhere, slept comfortably and were able to eat our lunches at home each day.

Wonderful Location in Nice

We spent 3 weeks at this wonderful apartment and enjoyed it very much. It is secure and very safe. The location just across from the beach and all local attractions made it close to everything. We enjoyed the large deck with outdoor seating. Communication with Roxanne was perfect and she promptly answered any questions that we had and gave great recommendations. We would stay here again.

Best apartment & location!We spent 2 weeks in a beautiful apartment in Nice, which is the best location. Apartment located in Hyatt Residence across the beach with quiet yard where you can enjoy listening to birds. The manager of the apartment Roxanne is a very professional and nice person who helped us with everything and provided a lot of recommendations. We highly suggest staying in this modern, clean, and quiet place with great central location close to all restaurants, promenade, shopping malls, and public transportation.
