The house was comfortable and perfect for our stay for Thanksgiving. There were tons of inside and outside activities at the house, including a basketball hoop game (inside) and "axe" throwing (outside). We took advantage of the fire pit (wood from Lowes) as well. One bedroom (converted garage) was huge and big enough for a nice slumber party. My one knock is that it is a bit thin on stuff for cooking, both pots and pans, and staples (seasonings, oil, etc.). However, I would not let that stop you from taking advantage of this as a place to stay in Simpsonville (or even Greenville, which is close by).
