This is a gorgeous new build home with all new, comfortable furniture. Enjoy a dip in the brand new modern pool/spa. Unwind with a movie or show on any of the smart tv’s indoors or out doors. There is an outdoor dining table as well as fire pit and lounge chairs.
The property has hilltop view of the mountains. The front yard had grass band is perfect for outdoor games or just lounge around. In this gorgeous villa has all the necessary modern appliances as well as an area BBQ.
Palm Springs Convention Center is 13 miles from New House For Your Comfort, while O'Donald Golf Course is 14 miles from the property. The nearest airport is Palm Springs International Airport, 10 miles from the accommodation.
In addition, there is a daily charge of $100 for heated pool and spa.
