Quiet and clam! Just what we were looking for. The showers were nice and hot and the pool was super nice for the hot weekend. Very spacious and enough privacy for everyone
Really centrally located in Palm Springs, close to nightlife and restaurants. Very clean property with an amazing pool, and spacious bedrooms. Highly recommended!

clean updated house. clean kitchen
only thing is you hear traffic from busy street that it's on.
very close to downtown Palm Springs
The house was perfect for our needs. I stayed with my husband 2 adult children and my son's girlfriend for 4 nights. The location was beautiful, we loved opening the front door and seeing mountains. The house was in a great location for all we wanted to do in the Palm Springs area , tennis at Indian Wells, hiking at Joshua Tree and Indian Canyons, running on the CV trail and so close to great food in downtown Palm Springs. Jumping in the pool at the end of an active hot day was so refreshing as well. The house also close to a big supermarket. It was clean and had what we needed from a kitchen and had a cool Palm Springs vibe.Would definately stay again
The home was exactly as pictured and described! My family and I enjoyed the swimming pool so much, just perfect for the hot summer heat. We also cooked dinner and everything we needed was stocked! Highly recommend this rental property and hope to return!
This house was so clean and cozy . The neighborhood is beautiful , and it’s right down the street from the Palm Springs convention center ,where we had my daughter’s event. Super convenient!! We will definitely book here again when we visit Palm Springs .
Visited Palm Springs with my husband and some friends. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the home. We used the pool and had dinner at the Airbnb. The seating in the living room was minimal and not enough for everyone to be all together at once, but we made it work.
This property is so closed to downtown, but far enough to have quiet nights. We love it! Everything was clean and ready for us. In fact, my family arrived early and I contacted the owners of the property to ask if we could check in early. They allowed us to check in at 12 instead of 3. We spent the whole day at the pool!

The location is close to Downtown Palm Springs, despite being at the intersection of two busy roads. We got into the house easily with the host's instructions. However, the house wasn't cleaned prior to our arrival - the beds weren’t made, the floor was dirty, there was a wet towel in the shower and there was an open bag of potato chips on the coffee table. We went to the store to buy laundry detergent to wash the sheets because given the state of the rest of the house, they were likely unwashed. I messaged the hosts and they promptly responded, returning our cleaning deposit. There is also some damage/marks on the walls and a curtain rod in one of the bedrooms is barely screwed into the wall. Outside the house, there was water spraying onto the tankless water heater's water lines, gas line, and ground wire. The vacation rental permit through the city was 1.5 years expired. This was a last minute booking on our part due to an issue with another VRBO listing, but regardless, all of these issues, and especially those related to safety, are inexcuseable.
The listing did not mention a daily charge of 125 for the pool to be heated and usable. There was no option at checkout to add this charge and it says no hidden fees. Another reviewer had the same issue, but stayed longer and was able to pay the fee so his family could use the pool as planned. We would have booked elsewhere for that cost had we known. Additionally, the unit was pretty beat up, cleanish, but could use a paint job. We pushed through because it was too late at night to make a change and VRBO customer service left us on hold for over an hour. Back to hotels for us, sad.
House is centrally located but on a corner with a traffic light and a very busy and noisy side street. Parking no issue with long driveway. Access was easy with the old school real estate lock box. House was clean.Hoped to use the pool while we were there but discovered I had missed the fine print stating to have the water heated, I'd have to pay an extra 120 a day. Would be helpful to other guests if that wasn't hidden in the fine print. We decided to call this home "The Minimalist" as while there was enough silverware, the bowls were limited, there were no food preparation things like large knives, oven pans, etc. Mostly everything functioned, but the ice maker in the refrigerator door didn't work, and there were no trays to make ice. The lighting was quite unusual with all the lights on the ceiling. There were no lamps on the bedside tables. My wife really likes to relax and read at night and luckily, I brought along a hiking 'head light' that she could use.Two of the rooms had nowhere to place your suitcase as, other than some small bedside tables, no other furniture was in the rooms. Beds were comfortable and warm enough.
By the time I arrived I had not received the check-in information since the host did not respond for a little over 15 minutes I had to call VRBO help desk. Once I accessed the property what stands out is the remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. So it has the basics that you need. All the appliances work fine, The coffee maker is basic with Folders and filters provided but in the mornings I went to a Starbucks nearby because Folders ain't it, so in summary there is nothing dazzling about the stay. The pool chairs are uncomfortable and one was partially broken. The pool will be heated for an additional 125 per day charge which I did not know until I inquired and paid for it so my family can enjoy the pool without shaking due to the cold water. There is little entertainment provided, you can't access anything aside from cable on the TV, no Disney plus, no Netflix, I tried logging into my account but the TV read low memory can't access app. Location wise, there's a lot nearby, downtown Palm springs, stores, restaurants, however the property is on the corner of major intersection. In summary, we enjoyed our family stay but we all agreed there was nothing special or spectacular about the rental, next time I'll certainly allocate a higher budget for a place to stay. I do recommended it for the price.

Unfortunately our stay was largely underwhelming. The pool never got to a comfortable temperature and most, if not all of the poolside and corn hole furniture was broken. That, in addition to what were the least comfortable beds imaginable, led to a disappointing stay.
