Beautiful home in a great location. The home is nicely updated but still with vintage charm. Nice fenced in yard with sitting area to enjoy the evenings. The house is easily walkable to incredibly charming downtown, with lots of restaurants and tasting rooms. Very good, clear communication with the owner.

Spacious and Comfortable Stay

We had a great stay! The space was very large, clean, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing and enjoying time together. We appreciated the amenities and loved the walkability of the location. One thing to note: one of the bedrooms is in the basement with an external exit (locked) and is separated by two floors from the other three, which may be important depending on your group’s needs. Overall, a great experience!

House is a block and a half away from brewery and two blocks away from downtown so wine tasting was great nobody had to drive. House is great with outdoor relaxing area nice fire pit.

We stayed here for a girls weekend. The house is perfectly located within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and tasting rooms.Inside the house was clean and cozy. There’s plenty of lounging space (with many cozy blankets) for morning talks over coffee, a great layout for cooking a meal while drinking wine, and the outdoor space was wonderful too.

Well located and equipped older home with lots of charm.

The house is very comfortable with an updated interior. The host was extremely attentive and helpful. It should be obvious due to the two stories and the age of the home, but the stairs are a bit narrow and steep. We did not have any issues but it is something to consider if you have younger or older people in your party. Would definitely rent here again.

Beautiful House and Location

The location is great, walking distance to the town area. The house is very nicely decorated and exactly as described. We had plenty of space to spread out. Make sure you take note that the hallway bathroom upstairs has a bath shower, just not the traditional one you think of. Lovely house! Pascha was so quick with communications. We we would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house! It's super cute and comfortable, retaining it's original charm with great updates. It had plenty of space for our group of four friends, and the kitchen was particularly well stocked with everything you might need. Pascha even left some treats and a bottle of wine on the counter for when we arrived! The location is absolutely fantastic! It's within easy walking distance of great coffee shops, restaurants, bars, shops, and tasting rooms. Highly recommended and would definitely book again!

We were delighted from the moment we stepped inside! The home welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of wine and decadent chocolates, which set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The mid-century décor is absolutely stunning and created a perfect balance of elegance and comfort. The house is impeccably maintained and well-appointed, with every amenity you could need, including luxurious bathrobes that made us feel like we were at a five-star spa retreat. The location is also a dream—just a short stroll to the heart of downtown McMinnville with its charming shops and restaurants and a quick drive to the nearby wineries for wine-tasting adventures. An Absolute Gem!

This historic house really is a gem. It is fabulously decorated and super spacious for a group of eight inside and out. We spent Thanksgiving here, and the homeowner, Pascha, was wonderful to communicate with and very thoughtful. The kitchen amenities were perfect for preparing our dinner. We enjoyed the outdoor amenities, too - the hot tub and covered firepit. The upstairs primary bedroom is spacious while the other two rooms are cozy and lovely. The basement with bedroom, bath and sectional sofa was an extra great space. Very walkable to downtown. Absolutely recommend this house! I want to stay here again!

Great Spot in McMinnville

So close to everything. It was nice being able to walk to 3rd street where you can find great restaurants and wine tasting rooms. The house is super charming and the backyard is awesome. The house comes fully stocked with all of your cooking needs. Plenty of space for 7 adults to stay and not be right on top of each other. My only complaint would be that there aren’t enough showers for having all adults. There is a beautiful tub in one of the bathrooms but you can’t shower in it so it wasn’t practical for what we needed. Still an amazing place to stay and highly recommend. Also the owner was super communicative and pleasant to deal with.

Beautiful Historic Home in Prime Location!

This was a fabulous find! It is a beautiful historic home and the interior was spotless and beautifully decorated. You really could not ask for a better location! Everything was walkable and there are a million restaurants to choose from. We were on a family trip with our two grown sons and their wives and our 5 year old granddaughter. There are 4 bedrooms so each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom and the little one also had her own bedroom. There is a den with a desk and comfortable chair perfect for a remote worker on the main level, but the lower level is very spacious and allowed my son the privacy to work remotely and be on camera. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. The dining room table was big enough for us to work a very large 500 piece puzzle. We didn’t really do any cooking but the kitchen was huge and well appointed. We enjoyed the outdoor space and fire table for evening cocktails and the front porch for morning coffee. Pascha responded quickly to questions and was super easy to work with. We would definitely select this home again!
