Had a small group for a tournament at Compton, house was perfect for our group. Plenty of parking, good number of beds. Older house that could use updating but for what we needed and the price it was absolutely perfect. Would stay there again.

The property was as advertised but did not include amenities that are typically included, no paper towels, bath towels only, no basic kitchen/cooking spices. We only used it to sleep so worked for us but for those who want use of the kitchen for serious cooking, it is lacking.

Best thing is location. Worst thing was it is set up for guys. Outdated and old pots pans plates. If this is a guys trip take it. Women most likely will not like the environment.
