Newly Renovated Chic Parisian Studio

Perfect for a couple, or a couple of friends! This newly renovated home, originally built in 1970, is vibrant, modern, and a fun take on Parisian interior style. We’ve restored the original fireplace as an accent that provides relaxation and coziness whether you sit back and watch TV, or get some work done. Located in a central area of Tampa, you’ll be 10 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes from our beaches, 20 minutes from Downtown, 20 minutes from Busch Gardens amusement park, and 15 minutes from Raymond James Stadium.

The Space:
This unit is a private section of the whole house. Open floor plan making it a studio. Very spacious—almost 500 square feet.

Guest Access:
Please park on the right side of the house on the gray pavement (see photos attached). You will have access to our large paved patio with two chairs and a small table to relax and enjoy the sun. Please refrain from loudly walking around the back yard to the other side of the house, as other guests will be staying there!
