Beautiful Florida Beachfront Condo Vacation Rentals

Our very spacious 4th floor condo has a newly furnished leather living room set, 55" flat screen smart TV,
completely tiled floors, two bedrooms/ master bedroom has 2 queen sized beds and second bedroom has 1 queen size bed, flat screen TV's in each bedroom, new tile and glass bathrooms, just remodeled, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and balcony over-looking the Gulf of Mexico. There are a large Jacuzzi® and pool downstairs.

BR B Amenities: /B BR Jacuzzi and pool, air-conditioning,2 telephones, answering machine, 2 TV's , VCR, DVD Player, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator w/ ice-maker, washer and dryer are located on the same floor, grill, shuffle board and bocce ball. Linens and towels are furnished. Umbrella/ cabana rental located on beach in front of condo.

Ten minute walk to world famous John's Pass Village, restaurants, parasailing, jet ski, deep sea fishing, Casino Cruises, etc. Non-smoking please and no pets allowed.

Great location and very comfortable

We loved the location, which was very close to John’s pass. The condo was nice and cozy and beds were super comfortable. Great views and comfy couch. We would be happy to stay there again!

Great stay on the beach

Had a few issues with cleanliness due to prior guests leaving the beach chairs etc full of sand, the fridge and balcony were not cleaned either. Once we dealt with that the stay was great. The condo is very nice on the beach with wonderful ocean views and in a great location. Walked to Johns Pass, drove to Clearwater which is half hour away and St Pete’s. Collected an abundance of seashells. Carolyn responded to all our concerns.

Another Great Stay

The only thing I could say about our stay is, it was great overall. We were kind of shocked to find out the "master bedroom" was the room we had planned to put the kids, (since there were 2 queen beds) but it didn't effect our stay really at all.

Good time just a few details would make the unit nicer.

Need new shower head in master bath (sprays all over room looks like the head should have been replaced years ago), black colored mold on glass block shower wall grout and filth on floor grout outside master bathroom shower (cleans off easy since I wiped it off myself). The bathtub shower drain doesn’t drain (needs to be snaked). Whoever cleans this unit doesn’t do a very good job. The kitchen appliances were nice and new.

Great Location!

Great location, close to John's Pass and many restaurants; condo was clean; could have used a few more bath towels; great water pressure in bathrooms; beds were comfortable; could use end tables next to the beds (especially if you have more than one CPAP machine). Overall, great experience.

Excellent beachfront Location, short walk to Johns Pass with all its shops and restaurants. The condo has all that one needs for a vacation and Sea Breeze is on a stretch of the beach which is not over busy. Carolyn the owner is easy to deal with and very prompt when responding to any questions. Once again a great holiday.

Perfect location

407 sea breeze condo was a great place to have a getaway with my adult daughters. Dolphin views every single day from the balcony, walking distance to Winn Dixie, cute shops and John’s Pass. Great places to eat all around, but plenty of kitchen supplies to eat in as well. Appreciated having access to a cooler and beach chairs in the condo closet.

Sea Breeze for the win!

407 is a amazing 4star unit that won’t disappoint! The beds are really comfy and the furnishings are just as you see, lovely leather sofas with plenty of room for 6. The unit has everything you will need to cook full family style meals. Carolyn the owner responded very quickly to a couple issues I had and all was resolved! Check in was seemless. Carolyn sent a check in package well ahead of our trip which was very helpful! I do have to give credit to Scott the maintenance man who was very helpful and friendly! The grounds of the condo are kept extremely clean! We have already booked for next year:)

Great view and location

This property had great views and access of the gulf for the price listed. There were a bunch of codes for almost every door and the elevator but by the third day we figured it all out. Laundry facility was very clean. The condo was nice but needs a deep clean and mattress’s and pillows update. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay. The owner was also quick to respond to concerns.

Wonderful getaway

The condo had everything a person could want or need. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. View from balcony was spectacular. Dolphins were seen every morning from the balcony. The owner was easy to communicate with. Will stay at this condo again. Michelle from Minnesota

Great Vacation!

The condo was exactly as advertised! The property, pool areas and beach were clean and well maintained. The views from the balcony were amazing and the condo itself was very comfortable with everything we needed. Loved the guest book with nearby restaurant/shopping info and menus! Refreshed and Happy Beach Lovers

The view of the Gulf of Mexico from this unit was breathtaking from the moment I opened the door, straight through a beautifully appointed living area right to the ocean front balcony. The master bedroom has two huge ocean view windows The unit was clean an the beds were comfortable. I would have welcomed a few more bath towels for the weeks stay and adding beach towels would be as plus. Overall great vacation in a relaxing location on the beach with a relaxed vibe. The beach and pool areas were clean and well maintained.

Sea Breeze 407

The condo was beautiful. Great balcony, pool & beach. But then the elevator broke and wasn’t fixed until the next afternoon. The tub in the hallway bathroom wouldn’t drain & when taking a 5 minute shower had to stand in ankle deep water. Lamp by living room couch didn’t work. Light bulb blew out in small bedroom so had to move bulbs around. One bed in the double room had a broken bed.

Why they chose this property

We always rented at the Sea Breeze, so buying a condo there was an easy decision. The proximity to John"s Pass, ample parking and beautiful
beach made this purchase a no-brainer.
