Great property! Looks exactly like the photos. Very clean, pretty decor with interesting accent pieces. Entry instructions were easy to follow. All the rooms were nice size and the kitchen stocked with basic necessities. I would definitely book again when I need to come back to Buffalo.

Excellent stay

The property was exactly as described. It was very clean. Communication from the host was prompt. Home has everything needed. Wifi worked great. Home is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Parking is on the street but finding a spot was not an issue. The apartment is upstairs so not appropriate for those with mobility issues. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the property to others.

The perfect place to have as a home base for your adventure or for your retreat. Location, smocation, vacation, baby this is it. Enjoy it all in this renovated 100 year old apartment that has been completely renovated with new appliances and smart technology. Hertel avenue is one of Buffalo's most historic, eclectic and hip neighborhoods. There is amazing shopping and dining within walking distance. University of Buffalo South Campus is less than two miles away. University of Buffalo North Campus, downtown Buffalo, and the Buffalo Niagara Airport are all six miles away.

What makes this property unique

I adore this home. It is a quiet street in a very hip and friendly part of Buffalo. Awesome location to get anywhere. My family and I have lived in this home ourselves, it is clean, spacious and comfortable. We love that we can walk to shops and restaurants as well (doesn't hurt that the #1 ice cream shop is next door as well).
