We found "The Shed" to be a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. It is very clean and well appointed with little touches that make it special. I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to the Charlevoix area.
Clean, newly refurbished cabin! We enjoyed staying in on a rainy weekend and doing a little shopping in Charlevoix. Cozy fire kept the place warm for end of October. We didn't need to turn the heat on. Great kitchen to cook in! Really close to Charlevoix and Ironton.
The location was great, only a mile from Castle Farms, where we attended a family wedding. Lilly was a wonderful host. The Shed was very clean, the beds and pillows were great, and the property is beautiful! If we are ever back in Charlevoix, we will hope to stay here again.
The shed was the perfect place for us to stay as we celebrated our wedding at the Castle. Very cute and quiet, and close to everything. We will be back!
We absolutely loved our stay at the “shed!” Lilly was very welcoming, ensured the place was in pristine condition, gave us great suggestions, and clearly communicated throughout the process. She anticipated our every need and we’d love to stay here again next time we’re in the area!
We loved the location and the serenity of the cabin. Only thing I'd say needs tending to are a few dead bugs under windows, however being up north and in the woods, you have to expect that. I loved the property and Julie was so kind. We will definitely want to come back!
Thanks for sharing your cute and cozy cabin with us. It was clean and comfortable and met our needs. The only note I'd add for future renters with mobility issues; you will need to walk from the driveway up a slight incline through the grass to reach the cabin. There is no driveway next to the cabin.
A fantastic stay! The cabin was super clean, peaceful and beautiful. Lilly was kind and helpful. We enjoyed our short hikes on the large property, seeing deer, woodpeckers and toads. The campfire was perfect every evening for making s'mores and relaxing under the stars. The beds were comfortable. Great location for exploring Charlevoix, Petoskey state park, canoeing on the Jordan and shopping. We would stay again!
We spent 4th of July weekend at this beautiful newer home in Charlevoix. Attended a wedding at the Castle and this home’s location was perfect for both the wedding and visiting downtown Charlevoix. This house had everything you would need and was extremely clean. Lilly was a wonderful host to deal! We will return and highly recommend this property.
Post wedding day get away and it was great! Away from the busyness of town but still very close. The house felt warm and welcoming and being able to have a fire was the cherry on top. Would stay there again!

This cabin was super cute and the perfect spot for us newlyweds to unwind after our wedding at Castle Farms. Lilly was an amazing host and worked with me to get an early checkin so that me and my groomsman could get ready for the big day.

Why they chose this property
Not a condo! You don’t have to share this space with anyone….Private owner property. Quiet area where in the morning you hear the birds singing as the sun rises.
