We loved the property and how close the beach and Resturants were to the house. The pool was nice and the house had everything that you could need. We will be returning.

We all really enjoyed our stay. It had all the amenities you could want. Our host responded to our questions in a timely manner. A couple of concerns: Had to add water to the pool daily. The outside areas….and the kitchen cabinets need so Tender Loving Care.

Home away from home

The property is very inviting and very clean. Only issue with the property was that the shrubs and poolside landscaping was a bit overgrown. Could definitely use some TLC. At first the pool seemed a little small but once we used it - it was big enough for our party. House sleeps 10 so I would have liked enough pool side seating for everyone. Perhaps a couple more lounge chairs would be a good edition. Loved being able to enter house with the code given as opposed to having to go by the office. We had a couple MINOR issues but when we reached out to property manager the issues were resolved immediately. We rented a golf cart that we DID NOT need. We were within walking distance of everything we needed. Even with an infant! Inside seating was perfect. Additional ice maker was a nice touch. We had a great time and will definitely consider this property again.

The weather wasn’t good while we were there so we didn’t spend time at the beach. The location of the house is perfect, quick walk to beach, bars and restaurants. The house lay out is great! Loved that every bedroom had its own private full bathroom. Plenty of chairs to sit around pool and inside of house for our group of 6 women. Our only complaint was communication on check in with the host. We had requested early check in due to our early flight. It would have been better if they had just said no. But instead we got different hopeful answers when we called. We waited at house for the word we could go in as they said they would message us once housekeeping came. No one ever came, we were never notified we could go in, the lock just worked at 4:30. So house was ready all day and they just never let us go in. The other complaint with host was the 2 day all the outlets in all the bathrooms stopped working. We called to report this and was told maintenance would come and get it fixed while we were out. They never came and outlets in bathrooms never worked . With that said we would rent this house again . Just disappointed with real estate communication.
