Cozy House in a Quiet Neighborhood

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood completely ready for your vacation, extended stay, or work away from home. Many local restaurants, activities, and fun things to do. Take a five-minute car ride to Punta Gorda to watch from numerous local restaurants on the water. Kitchen is completely stocked and ready for homemade meals.

The space
Our home includes 4 bedrooms with 1 king bed, 1 queen, 1 daybed (2 twin beds), 1 twin, 1 full, 2 full bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is enough space to park 4 vehicles on the property and if needed there is on-street overflow parking. The house also comes with SMART TV (If you have any streaming platform accounts, feel free to log in and use them, but remember to log out after your stay. We DO NOT provide any streaming platform accounts for guests.)

Rule and violations
There are no parties of any kind allowed in the space. If a party is held, or more guests are in the space than were booked, then you will be required to immediately leave with no refund for your stay as a violation of our house rules. This is non-negotiable.

This is a non-smoking home, smoking of any kind (vaping and marijuana included) inside the house will result in a cleaning and deodorizing fee, non-negotiable.

No pets are allowed on the property. If you have any questions regarding pets, further contact the host.

Guest access
Guests will have access to all parts of the space, as well as self-check-in. Currently, due to hurricane Ian, the backyard is no longer privately fenced in. The garage is not accessible as it is storing furniture. We can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests and reserve the right to ask anyone to leave or to place a penalty fee, without refund, for bringing more than the number of registered guests, or bringing more than 8 guests.
