Location great, apartment amenities good, only drawback is subpar air conditioning. Barely adequate and as noisy as a motorcycle. I would stay again but choose a cooler time of year.
We did have a wonderful stay.
We were two couples on a motorcycle adventure. Check in was flawless and any contact I had to make with mgr was seamless. Only recommendations we have are that
1)both the bedrooms need closet space or dressers or at least a way to hang up clothing. There were a cpl shelves in one bedroom but nothing in the other and only place to hang anything was coat hangers behind entry door.
2) small Window air conditioners would be way more guest friendly. Those portable machines are SUPER loud and took up space in the rooms. The one in our room was right by the bed (couldn't move it due to the hook up into the window) so sleep was difficult
Otherwise it is a really great location and connecting with the property mgr was very efficient- she was truly great to work with.
We really loved the property! It fit my husband, sister-in-law and I well! We brought our 2 UTVs, trailer, and truck. With street parking as well it was perfect! Hosts were very responsive and answered all questions promptly! AC units in each bedroom, but living room got extremely hot without one, we couldnt figure out how to cool it down more. Would recommend staying here!
The Good: Good comms from the start. House was easy to find, no issues with access. Everything was clean.
Opportunities for improvement: the showers weren't "hot" - they weren't cold, but definitely not hot. The 4 cup coffee maker was undersized for us. The toilet flush valve had issues.
Overall, it was a nice place, and we'd definitely stay again.
We had 6 adults and were very comfortable. It was warm inside the house due to the lack of central air but that was the only downfall. The house was perfect and in a great location. Highly recommend
We stayed three nights. We were very active and on the go most of the time to see sights. Lead, SD was a great location. This flat was a perfect place to start and end our day.
