Very clean and cute home. Fabulous that it was dog friendly and a very walkable village. Very quiet and close to the Schoodic side of Acadia, an hour drive to Bar Harbor side but all the views and quaint towns make it all pleasant
Very clean, quaint/ cozy cottage feel house. Large dining room, spacious dining room.Large patio Town is quiet, walking distance to wharf restaurant. outside view of deer, turkeys, and the stars.
Was a great getway! Pam was very thoughtful and left a bottle of champagne for our 32nd wedding anniversary. Loved that we were in a house and had room to move about instead of a hotel. Thank you Pam for a wonderful first time experience with VRBO. We definitely would recommend her property.
Clean, had EVERYTHING we needed! Beautiful property, enjoyed cooking outside on the Blackstone in the beautiful sunny weather. Property came complete with daily parade of about 24 turkeys and a deer. Couldn't ask for better communication and hosts! Highly recommend!
This was a great place to stay in a cute fishing village. The home was cozy (although a little too warm upstairs the first night) and the whole family enjoyed it. It was farther away from the Acadia island than we expected, but we enjoyed the Schoonic region which was close by.
Fantastic stay! The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to prep meals. The expansive outside deck was a nice spot to relax after a long day hiking. The quaint village of Corea was also nice to take walks and we enjoyed lunch at The Wharf a few minutes walk away. Added bonus is the house is pet friendly. We drove to Acadia 2 of our days which was about 60 min away and checked out Schoodic Peninsula one afternoon which was 15 min away. I highly recommend this house for a quiet relaxing stay!
We had a great stay and had everything we needed. Although the weather was overcast, we were still able to enjoy the deck/patio and cook a nice meal. Would definitely book again!
Absolutely wonderful property! We felt right at home and had everything we needed. We loved the location and we could easily get to many areas to explore. The house was extremely clean and the communication with the host was excellent. We couldn't recommend this property more highly! Thank you so much to our hosts. We would love to come back.
The house is cozy, clean and very well equipped. The host added some very special touches to make it even more inviting. My kids and I loved to learn more about the lobster catching art, following the legacy of the host’s family.
The home was lovely. We like staying a bit off the beaten path and away from the touristy area. Our kids enjoyed walking down to see the views by the water. The scenery was beautiful and the home had everything we needed and then some.
Great location and great house!! We attended a wedding and the Welcome Party was at Lunch on the Wharf which was walking distance from the house. The wedding was at Oceanwood-not as close but certainly close enough! Do not undersell the back porch/deck with the Blackstone grill!!
We had a great stay at this charming fishing village home. It was a little drive to hike in Acadia- but well worth it for us to have a quiet place to come back and relax at. Also, lover how close it was to the Schoodic peninsula hiking trails. Pamela was attentive and kid, the home was clean and cozy. Would definitely stay again next time I’m heading up north.
We loved our stay at Pam’s home. The village of Corea is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. The large yard, spacious rooms and well-equipped kitchen made it a great place to stay with kids. Highly recommended and we would look forward to returning day.
