Had a blast at the Boyne City Bungalow

The property has had extensive interior improvements, and it is a quiet retreat at the center of life in Boyne with beautiful parks and quick access to Lake Charlevoix.

Perfect for small family

Great host & perfect home for a small family or group. We went on a snowmobile tour and to Boyne Mountain. The house was close to all activities and the downtown area. Great stay, we would definitely recommend this home to others!

Great place to stay to enjoy Boyne City

This is a recently updated property just over a mile to charming Boyne City. Nice quiet neighborhood with a lake view from the location on a slight hill, 2 blocks from Lake Charlevoix. Bonus dog park around the corner. Would stay here again!

This window was very comfortable. Suitable for having small pets, which was a definite plus only downside was too few towels watch cloths, no kitchen towels or dish cloths. I went to the store and bought some to use. Patio worked out well with the pets once I cleaned up all the weeds and as I mentioned, the dryer filter was absolutely full of lint which was a little frightening if I hadn’t checked it before I used it.

Felt like home

We were comfortable the minute we walked in the door and enjoyed our time here very much. A block above the lake with a nice view from the deck. Close enough to Petoskey and Mackinaw City so we could explore the area, but in a peaceful neighborhood so down time was relaxing. Couldn't have asked for a nicer host, too.

Great getaway

Kristen has created a lovely space that is in close proximity to everything you need for an up north vacation. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and the well equipped kitchen were immaculate. We enjoyed beach time at the Young State Park, boating on Walloon lake and delicious food at the many Boyne City restaurants. We especially liked Cafe Sante. This is a great home base for all the area has to offer. Kristen is a very thoughtful host and takes pride in her cute house.

Cozy weekend getaway

Simple cozy bungalow perfect for a weekend away from Chicago and somewhere we could bring our dog. My husband and daughter took advantage of the snow and visited Boyne mountain, a 20 min drive away. we also visited the nearby dog park. We all had a nice time, but the dog had a blast! The kitchen was nicely stocked with staples. The grocery store and restaurants only a short drive away. Would definitely come back.

The property is clean and everything was in working order.

The price is right for this no frills rental. Everything was good and Kristen communicated with me very quickly. I personally think it's a good deal for the area. The fenced yard was perfect for my dogs.

Great Host

We have stayed at this house before and it was exactly what we needed (we booked it again because the house was as described and the Host is great). Kristen communicated well and really made us feel at home. She went above and beyond! Everything was taken care of (included excellent snow removal as we received nearly 12 inches of snow during our stay). We would definately rent with her again.
