Perfect spot for a family trip to Alaska for a stop on the way to Denali and back again before boarding the flight home. Wonderful communication with the owner and very smooth instructions. Clean & Comfortable and we would stay here again if we come back!
clean, nice, has all that you need in the kitchen. only issue is it is on a main road, some road noise in bedrooms on road side- but easy to get everywhere
I thought the beds were the best of our trip but my wife thought it was a little too hard. Property is cheaper than three hotel rooms. Excellent location to the airport. I would like to see screens on the basement windows, a couple light bulbs were burnt out on the lower floor, and a couple cabinet doors were loose in the kitchen. I would definitely stay again.
Our group stayed here for one night as we traveled through Anchorage. Lodging can be difficult to find this time of year in Alaska and you pay a premium for it. I was thrilled to find a place that could sleep my group of 4 comfortably for a price that was less than what 2 hotel rooms would have cost! The host was responsive and the property was as advertised. The house was clean and well stocked with anything we may have needed for our short stay. There were no unpleasant surprises. Traffic on the road in front of the house might be heavy during the weekday and the driveway can be a bit tricky to exit because of it. I recommended backing into the driveway so you’re not having to back out onto the roadway. Thank you for allowing us to stay! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
Inside the house was nice. Could tell lots of uogrades. Host was very quick in there response time. Comfortable beds. Only thing i would add screens on windows in bedrooms
Great place to stay if you need to get to the airport or want easy downtown access. House was clean and comfortable. Was on a busy road and hard to back onto at certain times of day, but we were informed of this with check in email. A few things to mention. There are a lot of stairs. If you have little kids or lots of luggage, this may be an issue. All bedrooms are down stairs. Even entering the duplex requires going up quite a few stairs. Again, just a note for individuals with luggage and littles. We also were not informed during checkin that we needed to remove shoes. So we had all carried our luggage in and to the rooms before reading the folder and realizing this. And check out procedures are not in the folder. We were just there to catch an early plane, so missed these instructions because they were sent to us after our departure. But host was in contact with us before check in and the following morning and seems to be easy to reach when needed
