2 min walk to the beach. This 3bed/2bath house has all you need for a memorable vacation with your family.
We provide all the basic items that you might need. Linen, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, beach towels, beach toys, beach wagon, cooler and sun umbrella. Did we not list what you're looking for? Let us know what you're looking for and we'll try to add during your stay,
Also available: Coffee maker, blender, mini waffle maker, toaster, pressure cooker, air fryer.
Close to major attractions: Disney World(50min), Kennedy Space Center(15min), Cocoa Beach Pier (15 min walk), Ron Jon(10min), Dinosaur museum(10 min), bike and surfboard rentals places(5 min), Cocoa Beach Aerial Adventures(5 min), Jetty park(5 min),Escape room(5 min), etc.

Reserved indoor dining space and two outdoor dining spaces.
The backyard is HUGE and includes a grill and fire pit for all the outdoor fun with your family.
The garage has many beach toys for you to use including beach wagon, chairs, sun umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys.

For FUN: Small :foosball, air hockey and pool table.

Beautiful Property - would stay again

It was exactly what we needed. Clean, well appointed with everything you could want! We were very happy with the home! The only slight thing is the pictures make it look like the lot is fenced in, but it is opened on the sides so just be careful if you're looking for a completely fenced in property -

Cozy Cottage

Perfect location for us! We had 2 days to spend at the Kennedy Space Center on our Florida vacation! We were tired after our 2 days exploring the KSC so we didn’t have the energy to take advantage of the fire pit or walk on the beach but we sure did sleep good! It was a nice quiet neighborhood and our host recommended 2 restaurants which were superb!

Stay at Cocoa Beach Paradise

Cocoa Beach Paradise was a great place for my family and I to stay in Cocoa Beach. The house is well furnished and stocked. We never wanted for a kitchen utensil or kitchen appliance. The house came with many beach towels and toys that made planning a trip to the beach easy. Cristina is incredibly responsive. She answered any question we had right away. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay with their family.

In 2020 we visited Cocoa Beach for the first time and fell in love with the place. We then returned a few more times until, one day, we made the decision to move to FL. It was the best decision of our lives!
