Protection of residents and guests
Personal safety * Take note of the exits and study the evacuation map provided by the owner. * Find the phone provided onsite for your assistance. If there is an emergency, medical or otherwise, call 911.
Maximum occupancy * The maximum number of overnight guests permitted here is stated in your rental agreement.
Parking * The maximum number of vehicles permitted onsite is provided in your lease agreement. * Vehicle parking is permitted only in the areas designated on the posted sketch. * No parking is allowed on the street or sidewalk. * Do not leave pets unattended in vehicles at any time.
Noise * Loud noises, such as car horns, vehicle engines, or music, cannot be excessively loud at any time during the day. * Outdoor music is prohibited between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Driving around the city * The maximum speed limit within most of Cocoa Beach is 35 MPH, please observe all posted speed limits. * The main north/south roadway is SR A1A, also called North Atlantic and South Atlantic Avenues and North Orlando and South Orlando Avenues. * The main east/west roadway into and out of Cocoa Beach is SR 520, also called Cocoa Beach Causeway (East and West). * Do not leave pets unattended in vehicles at any time.
Evacuation requirements * If an evacuation order is given, all guests and pets must evacuate. * Do not leave any pets or family members behind. * Notify the Cocoa Beach Police at 321-868-3251, if assistance is needed.
Solid waste pickup and guidelines
Garbage * Picked up twice a week, either on Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday. * Containers are green topped and rolled to the curb on pickup day by 7:00 AM. * Containers are to be removed from curb before 7:00 PM.
Recycling * Picked up once a week. * Containers are yellow topped and rolled to the curb on pickup day before 7:00 AM. * Containers are to be removed from curb before 7:00 PM. * Items to be recycled include: o Plastic beverage bottles, soap/detergent containers o Cardboard food cartons, towel dispenser tubes, paper board food boxes, flattened cardboard boxes o Glass bottles and jars, no cookware or ceramics o Paper books, magazines, newspapers, office paper, bags, junk mail
Yard waste * Picked up once a week. * Containers are green topped (same as the garbage, do not intermingle). * Bulk waste is only for activities such as tree trimming.
Protection of sea turtle nesting areas * Sea turtle nesting season is from March 1 to October 31 each year during the nighttime (dusk to dawn). * For properties next to the beach: o Glass windows and doors are to be covered during nighttime hours or interior lights need to be turned off. o Rear porch lights are to be turned off. * Nighttime lighting is prohibited from illuminating any portion of the beach. * No flashlights are to be used while walking on the beach. * Look out for sea turtle nests and do not disturb nests when walking or enjoying the beach. * If hatchlings are observed, leave them alone and make sure all light sources are extinguished. * If hatchlings are observed heading away from the ocean, call Cocoa Beach Police at 321-868-3251. * Leave nothing on the beach after your visit.

DO NOT bring any type of animal. If any type of animal is brought onto the property, you will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee. -Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property. -No parties or spring breakers please-this is a property for those who want to relax -not for young wild parties -set in a quiet location. -Absolutely NO SMOKING on property -This is a quiet family neighborhood and we have a quiet time from 10:00pm to 8:00am nightly. - Checkout is at 10:00am. - There is a lost key fee of $50 for any key that`s lost and not recoverable. -No Refunds on reservations cancelled due to a violation of our House Rules
***We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. However, just like in your home back home, sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur.
The time to report them is NOT upon or after checkout of a multiple night stay as there will be no compensation in those instances because we will consider them livable according to your standards. If you are experiencing a stay altering issue with the property, we will get you moved to a different location immediately. Clear and Concise Communication is paramount.

1. When you leave, lock the door and return the key to the lockbox. Don`t forget to scramble the code and close the cover to help us protect the box.
2. The checkout time is at 10 AM. Please be courteous and be out by then so housekeeping can get started.
3. Be sure to check under the bed for any belongings you might have left behind, and log out of your Netflix or any other streaming services you may have used.
4. Turn off all overhead lights and set the A/C thermostat to 77 degrees.
5. Please strip any beds that were slept in and leave the bedsheets on the floor at the foot of the bed.
6. Make sure all the windows are shut.
7. Wash and put away any used kitchenware and dishes.

The property is situated on a corner lot well set back for a residential neighborhood. The house was clean and bright with a comfortable setting on the thermostat. Our grandkids loved to pool and spent quite some time enjoying it. We didnt cook or eat there but everything needed was there. We were able to make coffee in the morning defore departure. This is a nice place for families to enjoy a get-a-way and have
a barbecue and swim.
s already staying in this house. We were unable to readily reach the owner and property manager to determine what the issue was. Once we did hear from them, they indicated the error but did not have another property for us to use. With that said, we were forced to end our holiday weekend and return home.

We had a double booking which wasn’t our fault but the computer glitch caused by air b but we did offer you to come back again at no charge :) we are very sorry this happened :)
This rental worked out perfectly for what we needed for the 5 days. We were down for baseball tournament and wanted something other than a hotel, with the pool in the back it was one of the best getaways we’ve had. Thanks for sharing your property
We had an awesome stay at this property. The neighborhood is quiet and the home is amazing. My kids were able to have their own rooms and bathroom and they really enjoyed the pool. We really had a hard time leaving!
We had the best time exploring the area and really loved the neighborhood. The pool was super convenient and we were able to see manatees in the river behind the house. We can't wait to plan our next trip there.
Nice quiet neighborhood. We loved the private pool. Patio furniture needs updating. Beach umbrella was great but beach chairs would've been nice to have. Walking to the beach is difficult with kids and all the bags, so plan on driving. There's a beer busy road to cross. Public parking is a fee.

The Lighthouse Landing is in an ideal location, especially guests looking for a quiet neighborhood that is still close to the beach, shops and restaurants. New patio furniture has been added to the backyard/pool area. The parking varies, depending on the location. There is some street parking available and pay to park options throughout Cocoa Beach.
