This condo had all of the space and amenities we needed. The pool was refreshing. I loved the close proximity to the beach. My toes were in the sand within 2 minutes.

Thank you for your feedback. Please note we do not advertise ground floor condos as beach views because of the foliage obstructing the view. But we do have many ocean view condos on the upper floors that we would love to host you in the future!

Great Time

This was our 2nd trip to Cocoa Beach but our first time staying at Cocoa Towers. The location was perfect and the condo was as nice as described. We will definitely come back.

Amazing Family Vacation Spot

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Cocoa Beach! It was absolutely perfect for our family—spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better with both the pool and the beach just steps away. Zareh was a fabulous host—so easy to communicate with and very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great relaxing stay!

The unit#19 was clean and newly updated. Our family enjoyed our stay! It was so accessible to the beach and the pool was great! The only complaint we have is, we didn't have a blecony view of the beach, but we knew that when we booked the unit. Over stay was great!!

This is a great condo and everything was as advertised. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything you need. The building, grounds and swimming pool are very nice. Short paved walkway to the beach. Close to everything. Great location.
