Guest access
Guests will have full access to the upstairs of the duplex and deck. You will receive a Welcome Guide 3 days prior to your arrival and 24 Hours prior to your arrival we will send a reminder of the details for your stay along with check in times. Other things to note 1 parking spot in the shared small garage. The type of vehicles it can fit is nothing bigger than a JEEP RENEGADE (2). No oversized vehicles. Parking in the garage will be at your own risk we are not responsible for any damages acquired to your vehicle and or the other guests . This will be between you and the other party involved. Additional parking on the street for free that have no meters. Metered parking is strictly enforced by the city.
