**Astoria is currently undergoing a construction boom all over town so there may be some construction noise during the day.
Step back in time and enjoy staying in the recently restored, iconic, Gilbaugh building and walk to all the best places to eat, drink and recreate in downtown Astoria. This well appointed, 2-bd 1-bath flat boasts beautiful period architecture. Located in the historic district, the flat is 1 block from the Ft. George Brewery and Heritage Museum and a couple of blocks from the Maritime Museum, Reachbreak Brewing, Bowpicker, Riverwalk and many others.
Although close to everything, we maintain a quiet separation from the bustle of downtown in an area of historic architecture making the location perfect for your next Astoria visit. Commercially zoned, permitted and lovingly restored, this flat is maintained, owned and operated by Astorians. Our area serves a mix of both long-term and short-term tenants so we appreciate quiet respect for the neighbors. Park on-street and walk to everything.
This historic craftsman apartment is located in Astoria's historic district where a variety of beautifully restored Victorian, Mediterranean, Tudor and Craftsman homes and buildings can be seen.
This is an older building (over 100 years old) with original, restored wood floors. In this lower flat, there may be some sounds like foot traffic from the tenants on the floor above. If you find this a disturbance, we provide white noise machines in the bedrooms as well as ear plugs. Also note; we discourage running or stomping in this flat as it can be heard throughout the building.
If you have mobility concerns you should know that the unit is located on the first floor but still requires you climb 23 stairs from street to the front door.

The location is wonderful and made it possible to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. The charming unit reminded me of my grandmother’s home circa 1950. The binder of dining recommendations and museums to visit was so helpful. Thank you!
We enjoyed staying in this historic home, with its character and quirks. The location is ideal; you can walk to many museums, shops, and restaurants. We found the unit comfortable and quiet, despite the construction across the street. The beds are comfortable, and we appreciated the variety of bed pillow types. Free street parking was easy to find within a block.
Wanted to be within walking distance from shops and restaurants, it was perfect for that.Received the check in information a couple of days before and the house had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable.
Nice old home with a beautiful view. Very comfortable beds/ pillows. Overall a good experience

Excellent location & the flat had what we needed for our stay. It did seem like it hadn’t been stayed in or cleaned recently (there was a lot of dust/grime built up & many bugs, including a spider the size of my palm in the shower curtain). The amenities were basic inside but sufficient and the location makes up for any problems, as it’s very centrally located for exploring the town.
This charming historic property is ideally located for everything Astoria has to offer. With a homey vibe and good restaurant coices within easy walking distance we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Its location makes a quick dash to Canon Beach and Seaside and easy drive. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Hope to return someday!
We truly enjoyed staying in this property and the hosts are terrific. Right now there is construction across the street so not as quiet or convenient as it will be once that project is completed. Older charming flat near everything
My sister and I visited Astoria to attend the Goonies 40th anniversary weekend and this location was absolutely perfect. Within walking distance of literally anything and everything. Very homey and the beds were way comfy. Highly recommended.
We loved staying here for our annnual girls getaway! Excellent location within walking distance to everything Astoria offers. The beds were comfy. Everything was clean and cozy.
Location location location! One block from Fort George Brewery where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner plus a whole floor devoted to really good pizza. We loved the character of the building.
The place was cozy and clean and had all the amenities we needed in a weekend stay. The location was GREAT! It took less than 5 minutes to walk to the downtown area, and it overlooked the water. I definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting the area.
Excellent venue for connecting with the local Astoria vibe. We were able to walk to the museums, restaurants and boardwalk.
Very quaint Flat with a perfect view of the river.
Perfect communication with the hosts.
Cindy and Jake were very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. Loved the vintage bathtub and the space is very comfortable. We would most definitely recommend this place! Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!
Place was clean, home/comfy.
Beds were nice. We slept great both nights. Neighbor is clean and quiet.
Fun to see boats coming and going.
We walked down town for shops and food.
Location is great with nice view. Place and fixtures are very old. Probably clean but looks and feels dirty. Also pls dont ask me to take my shoes off or start laundry or do dishes to "help keep cleaning fee low" when your place is old and already dirty
