Able to walk everywhere easily, nice size apt., comfortable for 4, beds are comfortable, kitchen has basics, has You tube for tv. It does have steps leading up to main floor and then a few more to condo. Nice older condo. Very enjoyable place.
This was a great house/apartment, with wonderful amenities, views, location to all our favorite things to see and visit. Very clean accommodation, comfortable beds and terrific view of river. Close to trolley, museums and restaurants.
The apartment was comfortable and convenient for walking to see the town and the water. Stairs and claw foot tub require some agility. Checkin and access was easy.
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It had great views of the port and is walking distance to many restaurants, museums and shops. The beds were cozy and there were many windows to enjoy the fresh breeze. We plan to stay there again the next time we are in Astoria.
The flat was perfect for my stay in Astoria while salmon fishing on the Columbia River. Spacious, well-furnished, and very comfortable, it felt like a true home base. The location downtown made it easy to enjoy the river views and nearby shops and restaurants. My host, Cynthia, was terrific — friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout my stay. There was some construction in the neighborhood and access is up a couple of flights of stairs (as noted in the listing), but neither took away from the overall experience.A charming historic space with a great host — highly recommended for anyone visiting Astoria.
We truly enjoyed our stay, wished we had 3 nights instead of 2. Loved seeing all the Goonies sites and going to museums and touring the town. Being able to come back to such a comfortable, relaxing environment was clutch. The owners were very easy to work with and paid attention to detail. Lovely home.
Charming apartment, beautifully appointed with everything you need, gorgeous view, superb location. You can walk to practically everything you’ll want to see, and there are great restaurants within a couple of blocks. Very quiet and comfortable. We’ve found our Astoria home away from home!
The apartment was clean, in a great downtown location, and just as the pictures show. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together (we had 5). I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a place close enough to walk everywhere. Parking was on the street, but we didn't have a problem finding a spot not too far from the apartment.
