Make family time easy and fun. This 3,100 sq ft villa sits in Windsor Island Resort, about 9 miles from Disney. Mornings by your private screened pool and spillover hot tub, evenings in the game room, and plenty of space for everyone to relax. Every bedroom has a smart TV and the home has hard-surface floors throughout.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, full-size fridge and kid-friendly dishes
Dining: Seats 8 at the table plus 4 at the island

Outdoors: Screened lanai, private pool and hot tub, outdoor dining for 6 and loungers

I chose Windsor Island because it makes family trips easy. We’re about 9 miles from Disney, 20 minutes by car, and an easy drive to SeaWorld and Universal. The resort is gated and well kept, with friendly security and sidewalks, so it feels safe and relaxed. The Aloha Clubhouse is a huge plus for families with its lazy river, splash pad, water slides, mini golf, gym, and a casual restaurant. After a big park day the kids still have fun close to home while the grown-ups unwind. Groceries, coffee, and dining are just minutes away. Guests are preregistered, which keeps the neighborhood calm and organized.

I designed this home to make family trips easy. Four king bedrooms, including two king suites on separate floors, mean grandparents or two families have real privacy.
