This was just what we needed. This home is in a beach community. There are grest things to do at the beach and downtown. Jacksonville Beach is not a 'resort town' with tacky souvenir stores and surf shops on every corner. It is more "homey" and I loved that! Great resturants and vast beautifu beaches. They also had very reasonable pricing at stores and resturants. It was an amazing stay.

I hesitate to write a review of the property because I am not sure that I want others to rent this place. I want first dibs on this property. Great location near the beach. Walking distance to just about everything. I will rent this same location again if available when I need it. My best to the owner and the managing group. Thank you for a comfortable and easy stay.

Great Vacation House

Great communication from the day before, during our stay, and checking out. The house was even better in person! It has everything you need from cookware to beach towels, coolers to wagon for hauling the kids beach toys. We were a party of 6 and had plenty of room to spread out, relax but still be together. Very clean! Absolutely perfect for large families.

Trip to JAX Beach

Wonderful stay. Property as pics described. Owner was easy to contact if issues. (Only one minor one and promptly addressed). Information about the surrounding businesses was helpful. Easy walking distance to beach. Access to garage was nice touch including beach chairs/tent/etc. Would stay there again.

Girls Weekend!!!

We can’t wait to return to this amazing property ! Perfect location- One block from the beach & a quick Uber ride to delicious restaurants & fun bars up at Atlantic Beach . House was spotless, comfy beds, kitchen had everything you’ll need to cook a meal. Appreciated the coffee station! Great communication with host. 5/5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Atlantic Beach Exploring

Property was exactly as depicted. It is the perfect launching point for Jacksonville, Neptune, and Atlantic Beaches. House was very comfortable, clean, and updated. My wife and I would stay here again if the need arises. Having access to the garage was a nice touch along with the little check in treats in the foyer. Thanks again, Mike and Jeannine.

The Right Spot!

In town for a birthday party, wanted a location close to the beach and Jacksonville. This home fit the bill perfectly. It was well-appointed, clean, and about a block from the ocean. The garage was a plus, meaning we could park the rental car inside at night. We were on the go so we didn’t use the kitchen, but I probably would have like cooking in there if I had to. Thanks for your hospitality! We’ll be back!
